I scheduled my LED teeth whitening appointment more than a week in advance, paid my $25 deposit, and showed up exactly as confirmed -- Monday, October 6th at 3:00 PM. No one was there. I knocked, called, and emailed several times with no response. Afterward, the owner tried to claim I was "confused" and changed my appointment to the next day -- after I had already shown up for the original date. My booking confirmation clearly shows October 6th at 3:00 PM, which proves otherwise. Trying to alter the date after the fact is simply dishonest. If a business can't be transparent or take responsibility for a simple appointment, I definitely wouldn't trust them to perform a medical or cosmetic procedure like teeth whitening. Integrity and professionalism matter -- and this experience showed neither.

Too big to be polite…read more I switched dentists to come to this practice. I had a cap come off my tooth and I called to have it glued back in. It was a simple job the hygienist could do. I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears.

Once there, my hygienist was so thorough, and it felt like she was not judging me and actually cared about helping me. Dr. Skidmore stopped in to check things out and there was surprisingly nothing of great concern, other than getting back to finish up my way overdue cleaning. They even helped me out on pricing as I'm still uninsured and I really appreciated the compassion with every interaction.
