And each person with an ID card is authorized to bring one guest. They have a ton of spin bikes but, unfortunately, few spin classes (unless you're a recruit, lol). There are numerous weight and cardio machines, all kept in excellent working condition. The free weights area is a bit cramped and there never seem to be enough weight benches, but overall, they have everything you need to keep up with your routine and stay fit. One other thing: the staff can sometimes be a bit difficult to track down, and I don't think they have trainers to help develop workout routines like at other military fitness centers.
