The sales person hung up on us and didn't even say goodbye once we decided to not move forward with the package and no discussion of the gift that you receive for attending this presentation. And to add further insult they try to state they purchased interval international and this is a division of Marriott. I will be contacting both corporations to inform them that there are scan artists using their name to dupe people into buying this package at 3000.00 which I am sure the travel plans will never come to fruition. Leisure Time is worthless. They promise you 8 day vacations that you end up paying resort fees and get harassment from sales people continually. during your stay. Then the air fair $55 you will never see. There are so many conditions to meet that are unattainable. If you would qualify you would be reimburst %20 of the fair without fees and taxes and many other charges. . You might end up with $5.00 that you would probably buy some ear plugs for the next call for vacations. I have been dealing with this company and issues with them for almost a year now. They are the ones who called me to sell me discounted vacations and also airfare rebates and took my money yet they claim they are not responsible for following up when things do not get mailed to you. I followed all the steps to get my $500 airfare rebate with a paper trail of emails and yet they claim it is lost in the mail. I am not going to stop until I am refunded my entire amount of money. Just did the 30 minute Zoom call. The sales rep was pleasant enough. If I signed up right then, promised free 7 night vacation anywhere and free Mexican vacation, plus $1000 airfare rebate. Price started off at $2,999 with $300 off if I use personal payment instead of financing. I said no way. They dropped to $2199. I said the return on investment is not there for me. Then she said she could lower the airfare rebate to $500 and drop price to $1699. The properties shown seemed too good to be true. I didn't trust it. Glad I followed my gut and passed on this. After reading other reviews, it seems like there is a negative ROI on this and whatever you pay is a sunk cost. I will update if I receive the free trip I was promised for listening to the call. I did the Zoom presentation, prior to the Zoom I saw the responses here. At the end I did explain that I wouldn't be joining today bc if what I had read. The person insisted I was on the wrong sight and was persistent that I view reviews on a Marriott sight he instructed me to view. When I politely declined he was irate and rude. Insisted I didn't come into this open minded. The voice I was given was just around $3,509 after discounts for their '30th anniversary ' and I was told I'd receive multiple vacation vouchers and travel making me come out way ahead. After being rude he said he'd mark me down as completing the meeting to receive a voucher (we'll see). I explained I had read multiple reviews of people not even being able to use their vouchers, and if I had a better experience I would reconsider. The person I spoke with had the last name Alfonso originally from Manhatten now living in Vegas, he insists everything he said to me was all true and if not he would lose his job and that the Zoom was recorded. Not sure about losing his job but he did lose his temper, also scolded me when I was on a tablet saying he couldn't hear me, then later when I switched to PC, I had to check a text and was angry asking if I was checking texts saying I can't do that. Signed up for a free trip with membership which we did get, but planning was difficult. Was promised a $1000 credit on airfare which was like pulling teeth. They tried their best to change the rules on the credit and it took me months of pestering them to get the refund for plane tickets. They will suggest accomodations that are less than planned. For buying the vouchers and going on the trips you are better of not getting them because it will be cheaper through when you plan on the time you are going. As for being a member, they say you get up to 40% discount and more than the other site. I found out when I was using this that you can get cheaper through places like Orbits Priceline or other sites and you don't have to be a member. This was a total scam and I got scamed. read more

First off, this sham of a company doesn't deserve even 1 star. My husband I were swindled into becoming members of this vacation club for $1400. We were promised one 4 day/3 night stay, and two 8 day, 7 night stays. Every time I call to utilize the vouchers, the company makes it extremely difficult. (1) The customer service rep continuously tried to upsell me into purchasing a stay at a location vs. actually allowing me to use my voucher. She kept me on the phone for what seemed like 40 minutes "looking for various offers". (2) She kept saying if I used my voucher, I would be randomly placed at a location. (3) After I explained to her that I want to use my voucher because it is about to expire, she continued to try to convince me to pay for a location and said she needed to send my request to the "back office". Then she told me that someone would be in contact with me to let me know which dates are available or to give me a deal without using my voucher. Long story short, this company is stealing people's money while not providing any of the things that were promised by making it extremely difficult to access the so called benefits! Make sure you understand the terms and conditions of the $500 airfare rebate (that is, if you can get them to provide their terms and conditions to you because they try their hardest not to even provide you with instructions on how to use your rebate offers or vacation packages ) They only pay up to 20% of what you spend on airfare, which means this isn't a true one for one dollar rebate. read more

I am so disappointed with this company! I actually signed up for Westgate Resorts in Orlando, but after paying for a while I tried to cancel when my husband lost his job. They could cancel but used the couple thousand that I had already paid to keep me with leisuretimepassport.com. This is the most ridiculous company ever. I booked a hotel in Hollywood using them, only the 2nd time I have ever used in the 3 years of having it. The hotel was nothing like the pic and everything was broken. Including the AC. The manager was nice and offered a refund, but I would have to go through leisure time. Once we called, it was nothing but chaos. They kept sending us other numbers to call and blaming other companies. The sent me to Disney vacation Club, which I know I didn't use. They sent me to Hotels.com which I also know I didn't use. I told them I know how I booked the hotel and it showed up on my leisure time account until I told them that. Now when I bring up my account it mysteriously says "Oops! Something went wrong" and doesn't show either hotel that I have booked. I am fed up and I want my $500 back. This is a total scam! read more
