Once my first thing in the morning appointment time came a group of us were let in the appointment side. They also take walk ins, through a different side of the building. However if you have an appointment you go to the front of the line for security screening and get to the processing windows first. Security screening (think airport screening) was quick and I was off to the processing window. They reviewed my paperwork and I was told it usually takes about 2 hours to be processed. The procedure for picking up my renewed passport was explained and they also told me a text message would be sent when it was ready. After exploring Miami a little bit I was texted and I got my new passport. Very efficient process and the employees were great.

I completed the forms and shipped my order for a passport renewal via FedEx. For a child's passport, you need to get an appointment at a passport agent's office. What Rush My Passport does not tell you is that it takes a long time to get an appointment at the passport agent's office, at least in Miami. So I purchased a new package online that would be quicker time to get a passport once I found that out. However, it requires you to talk to someone, which is fine, only it is very hard to actually get someone on the line. Wait times can be 40 mins or longer, and you have no idea how long you have to wait. When I got the option to have someone call me back, I did not get a callback. So, by the time I had my appointment at the passport agent's office, I went ahead and submitted my child's passport without being able to talk to anyone or hear back from them. When I finally got through they pretty much told me they could not help me nor would they refund the money. I feel like it was a bit of a set up. They advertise they could get you a passport in 3 weeks and don't tell you it can take a week and a half to get an appointment at passport agency. Then when you try to get a faster time. You have to call them but can't get through and no one returns your call. And then when you finally get through sorry no refund and we cannot help you. This is not a business that cares about you, doesn't have your back, and if you have to get a child passport or need to go to a passport agent for any reason, you really should not use them.

My flight was scheduled for 3:35 PM, and I arrived at the airport at 12:00 noon--well ahead of time. From there, everything went downhill. The flight was first delayed to 4:15, then to 5:50, then again to 7:00 PM with little to no meaningful communication. When we finally boarded, we sat on the plane only to be told there were mechanical issues and had to return to the gate. During this time, the cabin became extremely hot, and passengers were visibly uncomfortable and sweating. After deplaning, we were sent from one gate to another multiple times with no clear direction. The chaos continued when we couldn't board another flight because the flight attendants had timed out. Then, after replacements were found, the pilot timed out as well. At 10:30 PM, we boarded again, only to sit until 11:30 PM waiting for yet another pilot. We didn't take off until midnight and I didn't get home until 2:00 AM. This entire experience was exhausting, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no real effort to compensate passengers for the inconvenience--just a $12 voucher emailed while we were still stranded in the airport. I understand delays happen, but the lack of organization, communication, and customer care made this a terrible experience. I expected much better from a major airline.

Their "Join the Waitlist" program is brilliant. At 10am sharp you can click through a few simple steps and it lets you know you've been added and an approximate appointment time, including wait time. I joined promptly at 10am and was "scheduled" for 10:05. That did change to 10:23. I received my text that I was up and which window to go to. They also can take your passport photo there for a small fee, $15, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great appreciation to Debra who helped me on the phone the day before I visited. She answered all my questions and made sure I brought everything needed including old passport and photo id. The passport fee must be paid by check or money order while photo and processing fees can be paid with VISA or Master Card. Many thanks to the wonderful people who work here. Highly recommend this location.

They're open all the time, so we just called up there and we were set! They're pretty quick if you're trying to get in and out and we're very accommodating even when we showed up like 20/30 min after we said we'd show up (yikes). What they'll do is they'll have you show up and leave the bags and then you just text them a little before you're about to come back, and you're golden! The only gripe I could think of about the place is that it's a little pricier than some comparable 24/7 prices that are farther away from where we were trying to go slash some closer ones that were not open when we needed them, but I guess you're paying for convenience too right? For 4.5 hours, we had two carry ons and a backpack, and they charged us $35 but then they gave us a $5 discount because they're stars! Anyway they said that they'd be able to bring down the price if more customers came so go go go people I believe the guy who did our service was named Juan (??) he's great lol
