[[HIGHLIGHT]]They have an authentic atmosphere, staff are super friendly and the food is fantastic.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Visiting Roswell NM (yes, this is THAT Roswell!) to check out a college w the daughter and we stopped in for lunch. There is plenty of parking right next the building with easy in and out. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Also plenty of table seating. You can sit where you like and there isn't a long wait for service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We tried a few different dishes - starting with the Garlic roasted chicken wings. These tasty little gems are cooked crisp without the use of batter or flour; which we love, and served piping hot with a fried garlic and scallion topping. This addition really ups the taste factor! I loved this! Next we had our choice of entrees - they DO have a lunch menu but you can also order anything on the menu. The daughter had her standby Orange chicken (not a Thai dish but if she sees it on the menu she's goin for it!), the hubs had his favorite Thai dish, green curry, and I had one of mine, mixed stir fry veggies w shrimp. I also added Bean sprouts to my dish. Now my hubs only comment was that his curry was a little thin, not with the thicker bodied curry gravy that we are used to and, it wasn't as spicy as he would have liked; even though we told them Thai Hot and to NOT hold back on the spice lol. The flavor tho was good he said. My veggies were perfectly spiced and flavored, especially once I added the fish sauce and fresh chilies. The veggies are super fresh, cooked just crisp tender with lots of deep flavor. My spice was also perfect. The gravy is flavorful and satisfying eaten with perfectly cooked jasmine rice. All entrees have a choice of white or fried rice too! I Do hafta say though? Their fried egg rolls were fabulous! Burn ur tongue piping hot which I LOVE, while lightly fried to a GOLDEN golden brown. I love Thai egg rolls!! And these were exceptional. We also ordered drunken fried rice with no meat as a table side. Not sure what the Drunken part was but it was still good. Lol. A little more oily than I'm used to in a fried rice but flavor wise it was great! If you find urself in Roswell and are craving Thai food I definitely recommend checking out Lemongrass Thai, when our daughter starts here at NMMI it will DEF be a standing repeat stop for us!! read more

I was nervous to order from here because my other experience with Thai food in town was not great. I'm delighted to report I was totally wrong. This place is excellent! I ordered pad thai with tofu and panang curry, spice level hot. Surprisingly, the pad thai was a lot spicier than the curry. Both were very tasty. Fairly large portions, too. I ate the curry the next night and it handled the reheating just fine. In general I find pad thai in New Mexico to vary widely in how much I like it, but this was excellent. I got everything for takeout and it was all packaged very well, which is always appreciated. The space the restaurant is in is large and so all the tables are well spaced apart. I think the only downside is that the parking lot is small for the enormous trucks people in town like to drive, and it's a big confusing to get back out again. Just be head's up and you'll do fine, though. read more

Your average New Mexican style restaurant with tinted windows, dark interior, faded decor, drab colors & for some ridiculously reason carpet do NOT let this place fool you the food is good. Couldn't resist the Tom Kha soup so I ordered it & was glad I did. Hit all the right spots with tangy, sweet & a dash of heat. The basic fried rice was well done. Our group had lunch at this small restaurant during our trip last week through Roswell. All four of use ordered different entrees from the reasonably priced lunch menu, including chicken pad thai, mixed vegetables, lemon chicken (which was served with an unusual lemon aioli sauce rather than the more common clear glaze sauce) and spicy basil chicken. Portions were generous and everyone was happy with the flavor of their choices. The interior of the restaurant (including the restrooms) was clean, and the waitstaff was friendly and polite. Absolutely divine! We ordered the appetizer sampler and we scarfed it down so quickly I almost wondered if we even received it. It was delicious and gave you a very good idea of what you would want to order as a whole the next time you drop by. I order the chicken pad Thai and my husband ordered the shrimp pad Thai. I'm not sure we could either have ordered anything more delicious. Found this place through YELP. I have to admit I was not disappointed. Found the place, plenty of parking both on the streets and parking lot. I've telephoned my order chicken Pad Thai ahead of time but I still had to wait for 5 minutes. The pad Thai was delicious, freshly cooked, not to sweet and proportions of chicken noodles. Excellent Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles). Every time we go we think will try something new, but we just cannot say no to the drunken noodles. On this visit we decided we would also order Chicken Penang Curry to try it on our waiter's recommendation. Wow -- what a delicious dish! It had a cream soup consistency with a spicy almost buttery flavor. We will definitely order it again. Yay! I thought good asian food was a nonexistent thing in southeastern NM, but then I chanced upon this gem in Roswell after a day of work training. It's easy for me to forget where exactly it is, sometimes I drive right by it and don't realize I've missed it until I get to a shopping plaza that I know is too far down Main.. but the driving around is worth it. I absolutely love their drunken noodles. Instead of meat, I have asked for it twice with tofu and they have very willingly obliged. Portion's great, heat is just right, and they make a great Thai tea to wash it all down. I'm going to make it a point to stop by this place every time I'm in Roswell for sure. read more
