You could make an entire meal out of it. The lamb is okay, but the bed of rice that accompanies the lamb is very, very good. Have I had better Mediterranean food in other cities and even in the Mediterranean? Absolutely! Chips were not soggy and it was large enough to cover as his dinner. Green Chile Burger: Topped with monterey jack cheese and roasted chopped Chaves County-grown hot green chile. Served on a jalapeño bun with a side of our hot green chile sauce. Their signature burger and it tasted good. I don't need too much food but the amount of fries I got was too little even for me. The cold brew was flavorful and strong, although unfortunately it wasn't very cold. I also appreciated the excellent service. When I asked if they could make a turkey croissant that wasn't on the menu, they simply said, "No problem!" That kind of flexibility goes a long way. The green chili turkey panini was just okay. The green chili didn't taste particularly fresh, and the yellow mustard wasn't really my thing. For such a cool and unique coffeehouse, I'd love to see the food menu get a little more creative. Overall, a great atmosphere and friendly service make Stellar Coffee worth a stop, especially if you're looking for a comfortable place to hang out with a good cup of coffee.
