Had a really nice time here tonight. We had noticed they opened and decided to give it a try. You will love the hibachi. Our service tonight was very friendly and very entertaining. Everything was wonderful from the soup and salad to the dinner. The man had steak as you would expect. Was very tender and juicy. I had the shrimp. Also very delicious. Service was bad, I had to look for soy sauce, siracha, and chopsticks. Food, terrible and is not cheap, hope someone read this and I can be avoid the bad experience to anyone else. The restroom was indescribable bad. Just make you a favor and don't go, or if you go, hope they learn from their mistakes and improve A LOT. read more

Decent Japanese food with a lot of options to choose from sashimi, noodle to teppanyaki. I had Unagi don which featured a really good sweet sauce. read more

The food here is amazing! We sat at the hibachi table and ordered steak and it was so good, the seasoning was great. We also had fried rice, noodles, and sushi. And since moving to Roswell I was sad that we had no good sushi bit now I'm so happy to find A&J's, their sushi is as good as sushi you can find in California. I really recommend this place. Stopped in here while passing through from Colorado to Texas. This was really bad Japanese food. I didn't expect too much since it's Japanese in the middle of New Mexico but the calamari was stale, the noodles were completely unappetizing, and the meat was strange.
