There was a gentleman who greeted me at the door and I waited only about 3 minutes before I was escorted to the wax room. The owner (I didn't ask her name) was very sweet and passionate about her business and her work. She makes her own sugar wax and sugar scrub for after care. The appointment was quick. Maybe a half hour from parking to being back in my car to go home. Everything was clean and quick and she asked questions to determine how to proceed with the wax and what kind of aftercare I would have. As a first time Brazilian wax customer I would recommend Sugar Sugar. Although I have nothing to compare this experience to, I don't have any reason to go anywhere else.

But waxing with Joycee made me feel so comfortable and safe. I made my appointment online and before you get there she has you fill out a questionnaire on your skin, current product use and medical history etc. When you come into her room it's always beautifully set up with nice music in the background. This made help me feel more relaxed as I was nervous on my 1st time. She then analyzes your skin where you're going to be waxed and gives you a run down of how the waxing process is going to go. I was really nervous so she took her time to make sure I was okay each time she applied the wax and took it off. The wax didn't feel too hot either which she definitely checks to make sure it isn't. She makes sure there aren't any ingrown hairs or blackheads and finishes with an ingrown hair oil. By the end of my 1st brazillian she gave me after care instructions to follow when I went home and I didn't have a breakout from the wax. It's been 4 months now and my Brazillians are quick, easy and very clean!
