Grateful to my girlfriend for treating us to massages, but there's so many things wrong with this place. First off, you're greeted with a sour musty smell, followed by b.o, then masked with a weak flowery fragrance. After that, you'll go back to a beat up room with an even funkier smell. Then, your masseuse will come in, burp up there lunch during the entire massage and literally SPIT things out of his mouth while you're face down. The best part, when you go to pay and tip them what you believe is fair, they ask for more. When you tell them that's all the cash you have, they'll say "we can charge the card too" (we tipped them 25 total, which is 25 more than what I wanted but my gf was trying to be nice) not to mention, they have a sign that says "like it 10$, love it 20$" We gave what they were suggesting and it still wasn't enough. It was comical to listen to them immediately speak in a different language to each other when we told them that's all we had. Oh, they also intentionally charged us the incorrect massage, taking more from us. This place doesn't deserve anyone's money, they are rude and extremely out of touch with society. read more

I have been here multiple times & usually am very happy with the service. Today i went & thought the massage was ok. I got a combination massage of full body and feet. At the end, i was told it was $60 and if i'd like to tip. Since i felt it was just okay, i said $8 for tip which i feel is still pretty good. She charged my card $80!! She tipped herself $20. If i didn't ask for the receipt, i would not have known. I said something and she replied that i had to tip $10. I said you tipped yourself $20 instead of the $8 i said. She said sorry and handed me a $10 bill. If you come here, make sure to get a receipt & make sure you are charged the correct amount because i am extremely frustrated. I've been going here for years. Very reasonable prices. Even recently, they added a discount for 2 or more. Yes, they charge a small extra fee (like$5) for hard pressure. I totally get it. It's a lot of work, especially when they get someone like me, with tight tendons that cause a lot of tightness in my muscles. They are always kind when I bring my 16 yr autistic kiddo with me also. I think this place has new ownership. The therapists were unable to communicate and the massage on my back and foot hurt so much. Typically this massage place is pretty darn good HOWEVER, the lady was very rude and got mad at me when I requested for her to massage me harder politely for the second time. Both my mom and I wanted the massage to be over before it started because they barely put any pressure whatsoever on our bodies. What the heck is a point of a massage???? Not only did she scold me when I requested for her to massage me harder, but she started getting aggressive and grabbing my legs aggressively and crushed my feet with the rocks to get her point across because I asked for the massage to be "harder". Completely unprofessional. I've been here a handful of times both solo and with my mom. I absolutely adore 'Kiki' and for her I would give 10 stars...she is polite, attentive and very good at her craft. But this place is a 0. Every single time I have got a massage here the employees have sat around in a corner and WHISPERED as loud as they can. About you, about their lives, about every single thing they can when you're trying to relax. They slam doors loudly and make so much noise you can't even focus on your massage. I only came back each time because Kiki does a fantastic job but it's not worth it anymore. Last time I came I got a foot massage from who I think was the owner. I was told Kiki was there and when she wasn't she did my massage instead. This lady stopped every 5 minutes, talked the ENTIRE TIME and was super rough. I didn't come back for months..but today my mom and I decided to get massages. We were the only ones there so they sat us at the end next to a group of employees talking. While trying to enjoy our massages they continued to talk and had absolutely no consideration for what we were paying money to enjoy. I wanted to stop the massage then but I continued unhappily knowing this would be the last time. The male who did my moms massage would randomly stop and walk away for no reason. I doubt she even got an hour when it was all said and done. Every single time I have come I have tipped well and never complained...now I just will never come back.
