The one thing none of our group appreciated was that the front windows were wide open and people smoked outside the entire night. They literally had ashtrays on the windowsill. We all reeked of smoke by the end of the night. Kind of a bummer, and something to consider if you're thinking of going here when it's warm enough to have the windows open.

He was able to fix our room problems to the best of his ability, fixed our money issues so that we weren't getting double charged, and tried to get us fans when the room was heating up. Very honest and transparent about the situation, which was appreciated. We just wanted to have fun, and he did his best to make sure we could do just that.
