Been going here for many years and have almost never been disappointed. I've used both pick up on site and delivery. Pick up is easy and delivery is fast but priced higher than most. Parking is adequate and getting there is very easy. This trip we ordered and paid online. Phone verification was the next morning, only because I placed the order after business hours. Delivery was offered but declined. Arrived at about 1pm to pick up. Checking in at the office was a matter of minutes and we were directed to the pickup point. The business has several buildings and we were directed to gate 3. Order verification is made at an acceptance station where further directions are given to location in the lumber yard. The yard contains just about anything you can think of. You only have to be careful during loading because a few of the items are not in the best shape, just as you would find at a Home Depot or Lowe's. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. This is a great place to go for supplies if you are careful. The employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I'll be returning. read more

This place is AMAZING and right by my house!! I had no idea you could walk in and just by wood without being a contractor or without having a HUGE order. I just bought all the baseboard trim for my attic floor (over 120 feet for each, the base and the shoe) and it was SO cheap. It was less than half the cost that Home Depot would have been (I priced it!) I was thrilled with their customer service, and then driving through their warehouse section to load it up was other worldly- so organized, so cool to see, and the SMELL of all that fresh cut wood, was incredible. I stopped in for one cedar 2 by 4 and the service was great. You go into the main building's entrance and there is a counter right inside. They had a lot of people working and I didn't have to wait even though they were busy. I was able to purchase the board inside and then I just had to drive to Gate 2 to pick it up. Elk Street is one way, so you just have to exit the parking lot onto Elk, turn left, then turn left back through the fence to Gate 2. There is a sign that says honk, but the attendants were very quick to come out when they heard my car. I just had to drive into the building at their direction and they grabbed my order for me and put it right in my vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and it was a very good experience. I will definitely be back when I need more wood or building materials! read more

Terrible delivery promises and customer service. Upon ordering siding material at Eastern Hills store, manager stated that material was in stock for 10/7 delivery. Partial delivery made 10/7 with balance promised for 10/11, 10/13 and then 10/18. Had to pick up material at store on 10/18 because it was not delivered as promised. Still had backordered item.
