The store is very clean and well organized and Tim let me fully test the camera. The price was very fair and Tim worked with me to make sure I could take care of a maintenance item without having to cover that cost after the purchase. This was my first actual pawn shop purchase and I really appreciated Tim's professionalism, friendliness and effort to make a fair sale. When I went back to raise the issue, instead of addressing it, they told me not to come back. Getting misrepresented metal purity twice from the same store is one thing, but being told not to return after catching it is what really says it all. Be careful buying "18k" or "14k" pieces here -- get everything independently tested before you leave the store.

Bought a Samsung 75 inch tv from this store and was told it was brand new and taken out of the box…read moreto display it. They told me they watched some football on it since they took it out of the box. The protective film was still on the screen and they hooked it up so I could see it working. It was very bright in the pawn shop and hard to see the screen. I bought the tv and when I got home I hooked up the tv and I could see that all the display settings were maxed out and I reset the tv to the default setting and on the bottom left of the screen there was several dark spots on the screen. I contacted Samsung and they said the dark spots on the screen were damaged led's do to settings all the picture settings to their maximum. I will never trust this pawn shop again telling me this tv was brand new. I have called them and they will not help me at all.

I went to Len Larson Jewelry store in search of the perfect diamond for my 30th anniversary. The initial visit was impressive since Zach spent 2 hours with me showing me what they have & answering all my millions of questions. He insisted that I check around at other stores to be sure of what I wanted. After several months of looking around at other jewelry stores & calling Zach for consultation (since he was too far for me to drop in at leisure), I realized he had the knowledge & patience of an excellent salesman; no pressure, no rush. About 6 months later I made the decision to purchase from Len Larson. They were the friendliest & best customer service store I shopped in during my search which included malls, family jewelry store & the big names including "your friend in the diamond business". I also enjoyed the expertise of his father, Len, in helping me work through my anxieties, and the special touch of his mother's input. After going to Hyde Park Jewelers and Fifth Avenue Designs, I went to Len Larson to explore their engagement ring options. I did not purchase my girlfriend's ring from them for various reasons. While they do have high quality items, the service and attention to detail was not up to my standard considering the investment of the piece I was considering. I determined that Fifth Avenue Design offered a better price, higher quality diamond, better turnaround time, warranty and overall customer service. Just my two cents read more

On the recommendation of a neighbor (and another local jeweler) I took an assortment of inherited jewelry to Len Larson Jewelry today. Before going, I'd checked the spot price and called several other gold buyers. I checked around the mall stores (for styles and pricing), they were not even competitive on pricing. After speaking with Lens son Zach, we agreed on a price for a diamond necklace in the show case. A week later my bangle and my bracelet were shortened perfectly. Two weeks later my cross bracelet arrived. Unfortunately, I damaged the clasp the first week. The damage was completely due to MY misuse. Not their skill. (I am EXTREMELY HARD ON JEWELRY) We took it back in to be repaired. I just picked it up. They put on a heavy duty clasp at my request.
