They have only called me twice since I got my car and it was because my payment didn't reach them on time. All I did was let them know it was on its way and they left it alone, no further calls. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the payment options being so limited. You either have to make it in person or send it through the mail. I did find a mobile app that lets me know my payment is due but I have not figured out a way to pay online, I'm assuming that online payments are still not a thing with them. It would just make customer experience much better. I live out of state now so if I forget to send it in well in advance I'm screwed because thats the only way I can pay.
