I spoke to the owner and told him I had purchased two Lexus prior with no problems and he stated all manufacturers have problems. I had hoped to hear, rest assure we'll fix it moving forward. The car was returned to infinity per California lemon law when I went to speak to the owner he stated that had nothing to do with me that was between you and the factory. I said when you sell a car, you take no responsibility. He said it's not just like it left you stranded or the engine it was just that little piece I said so you're saying it's OK to purchase a brand new car with a flaw like that, I told him this whole ordeal was horrible and frustrating and I was literally two days away from parking the car in front of the dealership with a sign talk to me before you purchase a car from Fresno Infinity I stated that I was going to write a bad review and the owners son stated that we will have the review removed and that shirt you're wearing is that the company you work for will give you a bad review and I let them know that I'm retired and it's actually the logo from the school that my grandson goes to again, no accountability and very childlike shirt you're wearing is that the company you work for? Will give you a bad review. I told him no it's a logo from the school that my grandson goes to once they sell a car you're on your own very sad with new business.

When I picked up my vehicle, I had damage on the driver side door after sitting on their lot for 4 months on back-order parts. According to them it happened the night that it was dropped off which they are not responsible for because their cameras recordings don't go back 4 months ago like it's my problem. I have videos and pictures of my vehicle being unloaded off my personal trailer where clearly you can see no damages, hard to believe it happened in one night after sitting for 4 months. They are not taking responsibilities for damages that were cause at their dealership.

Five Stars for Jacob and the Kia Team…read more My Kia had an engine recall, so I brought in all my documentation. Jacob went above and beyond--he confirmed the engine failure was due to the recall and got everything moving quickly. I dropped it off on a Friday, the repair was approved by Monday, and the car was finished by Friday. Communication was excellent the entire time. Jacob kept me in the loop and made the process easy. If you stop by, ask for Jacob. Highly recommend.

Suuuuper unimpressed…read more My husband and I -- middle-aged, nicely dressed, we definitely look like serious car shoppers -- went on a weekday last week. It was not crowded at all. We wandered the lot for a good long time, looking at various SUVs although everything was locked and we couldn't get a good look at anything. We were expecting a sales person to approach us, but we were totally ignored. For a long time. Finally we thought, "Maybe we have to go inside?" So we went inside where various employees were. We looked at the cars indoors. No one greeted us, no one approached us. I made eye contact with a guy who was just sitting alone in his glass office. Nope he ignored us too. It was weird. What am I supposed to do? Walk into the guy's office and say hey? So we left. It was bizarre. I've never had an experience like that at a car dealership. Then soon after, I reached out to Costco's car buying program to see if we could save a few dollars that way. I learned that Future Kia was part of the program. Costco said someone from Future Kia would be in touch. Sure enough, someone emailed us and asked us to come in. I replied sure, but I'd like to see the Costco prices first, please. Ghosted. No reply. It's been a couple more days. You know, I could have mentioned, "Yeah we already came in and wandered around for a good 20-30 minutes and were ignored by everyone there, so we don't want to waste our time again -- we just would like the price list that Costco says you're supposed to give us," but I didn't want to seem rude. But it's true -- we already went all the way over to Clovis and wasted our time. Now we want the Costco price list and are being ignored some more. I guess a Kia is not in our future, and that's fine: we usually buy Toyotas, and that's what we'll probably do again. People at Toyota will walk over and greet you and tell you about the cars -- even though they don't have anything on the lot to sell you.

My Daughter needed a dependable car so, after going over many makes/models with her, I thought, let's go back to Enterprise. Went in and reintroduced myself. Damon told me he's the Manager now and asked Andrew to help us. He was every bit as personable and helpful. Further we both looked familiar to each other. Andrew was there when I bought my truck! He's been there over 5 years now. We found what we liked but wanted to think it over. Next morning I called in and said we wanted it. We hopped over there in the afternoon, they had a good loan for us, signed and we were out in about 40 minutes. Truly a painless experience. When my Son is ready, we'll be going back.

When it came down to paperwork salesmen went over everything in a very fast pace, I requested for a print out of the contract & as he attempted to print it he said "the printer stopped working" & proceeds to email it instead. As i check the contract on the email the APR was not 5% instead it was 8.24%. These guy were celebrating after i had made my purchase assuming it was a good commission check. Mind you all, i had a outstanding credit score with pre approval from the bank. I would love to continue buying from you all but this is very demoralizing for the client & gives a bad first impression of the company.
