I had an additional concern and he was happy to address it and even add it into my appointment. He was transparent about the additional time it would take and said I may want to find a ride home. This is the part that didn't meet my expectations. Car dealerships have previously provided rides or transportation for their customers and so I wasn't expecting having to find my own. I ended up having to pay for a ride service. I'll know for next time. Isaac stayed in contact with me with additional work they discovered and the timeframe needed. There was even a video sent so I could see the work needed. He did a great job at verifying warranty coverage and helped save me a lot of money! I will continue coming back for the great customer service Isaac provides!

Told them I couldn't wait that long since it was early evening and I had my child with me who needed dinner soon. Was basically told there was nothing they could do and headed out the door. Another employee stopped me and offered a mobile oil change. Took my information and said a manager would be in touch. Should have known better. Still waiting for that call. This place can't even muster the minimal service it would take to have customers return. I will never return, I will never buy another Ford vehicle, and I will discourage anyone I know from doing the same.

I have videos and pictures of my vehicle being unloaded off my personal trailer where clearly you can see no damages, hard to believe it happened in one night after sitting for 4 months. They are not taking responsibilities for damages that were cause at their dealership.

Jacob went above and beyond--he confirmed the engine failure was due to the recall and got everything moving quickly. I dropped it off on a Friday, the repair was approved by Monday, and the car was finished by Friday. Communication was excellent the entire time. Jacob kept me in the loop and made the process easy. We wandered the lot for a good long time, looking at various SUVs although everything was locked and we couldn't get a good look at anything. We were expecting a sales person to approach us, but we were totally ignored. For a long time. Finally we thought, "Maybe we have to go inside?" So we went inside where various employees were. We looked at the cars indoors. No one greeted us, no one approached us. I made eye contact with a guy who was just sitting alone in his glass office. Nope he ignored us too. It was weird. What am I supposed to do? Walk into the guy's office and say hey? So we left. It was bizarre. I've never had an experience like that at a car dealership. Then soon after, I reached out to Costco's car buying program to see if we could save a few dollars that way. I learned that Future Kia was part of the program. Costco said someone from Future Kia would be in touch. Sure enough, someone emailed us and asked us to come in. I replied sure, but I'd like to see the Costco prices first, please. Ghosted. No reply. It's been a couple more days. You know, I could have mentioned, "Yeah we already came in and wandered around for a good 20-30 minutes and were ignored by everyone there, so we don't want to waste our time again -- we just would like the price list that Costco says you're supposed to give us," but I didn't want to seem rude. But it's true -- we already went all the way over to Clovis and wasted our time. Now we want the Costco price list and are being ignored some more. I guess a Kia is not in our future, and that's fine: we usually buy Toyotas, and that's what we'll probably do again. People at Toyota will walk over and greet you and tell you about the cars -- even though they don't have anything on the lot to sell you.

As i check the contract on the email the APR was not 5% instead it was 8.24%. These guy were celebrating after i had made my purchase assuming it was a good commission check. Mind you all, i had a outstanding credit score with pre approval from the bank. The cold weather had caused the battery in my Tahoe to fail - sending the car into a stall while displaying weird error messages...it was 11am, pouring down rain and I desperately needed the car for important meetings the next day. My first call to a Chevy Dealer let me know that they could not even look at my Tahoe until the next day - not even for a quick diagnosis. By contrast, the service manager at Hedricks approved a diagnostic check the same day - which showed that it was all battery related. Within 2 hours, working with Julian, my car had a new battery and I was on my way. Some dealers provide service - while others epitomize the spirit of service.
