Update: our car still has problems. If you want a lemon car come here and you'll get crap customer service after! My suggestion is stay clear of this place. These guys are crooks…read more This dealership bought my 2025 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate -- a documented lemon that I was the original owner of -- at auction. They then sold it to an unsuspecting buyer and told him it was just a goodwill repurchase, not a lemon. How do I know? When the buyer went to register the vehicle, the Georgia DMV sent him a lemon acknowledgment letter. Naturally, he said WTF. The dealership had given him some -- but not all -- of the original service paperwork from my dealership, which had my personal information all over it. Since this dealership was still insisting the car wasn't a lemon (and they failed to redact all of my personal information, including my work and cell phone numbers), the buyer tracked me down to find out what actually happened. The buyer refused to sign the lemon acknowledgment letter, and they were forced to unwind the deal. The Yukon XL Denali Ultimate is now back on their lot waiting to con someone else. I have never spoken with these people directly, but based on everything above, they are the worst of the worst.

The salesperson called or texted about a dozen times in a two day period. I told them I would come to the store and look at the truck first of the week. They wanted to make a deal then. The sales manager then called and texted saying they'd deliver the truck late Friday afternoon and do the paperwork remotely. He told me that the dealership needed the money to make payroll and he desperately needed to make the sale right now. No way. I'm not buying a truck sight unseen. As promised, Monday I went to the store to see the truck and as I'm getting ready for a test drive, the sales person says "did anyone tell you about the mileage?". This "NEW" truck had almost 4,000 miles on it. The sales manager then comes out to "bro" me saying he'd take another $1000 off. No thanks, a new vehicle shouldn't roll off the lot half way to the first oil change. I walked and will not go back.
