The staff made the arrangements to have the procedure done in Rapid City the next day. Not what I was looking for while visiting the Black Hills but ya'll made it a whole lot better. They over schedule so you never wait less than 30 minutes past your appointment time. Parents are not allowed to go back with kids. When reading over the records it's indicated that my 8 year old was uncomfortable being alone, and asked many times to be with me, his mom. It's heartbreaking. Staff is nice, hygienists take time to chat with you before and after kids go back, but I've never met any dentist.

If his teeth were OK and could wait for three months why the immediate referral? And the real kicker, the endodontist they referred us to does not take our insurance. I am going to suggest to the insurance company that they read the reviews of this place before they approve any more referrals here.

Hands down, Dr. Yeoman IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST SKILLED AND SUPERB DENTIST TO WHOM I HAVE EVER BEEN. I have massive anxiety about any dental procedures starting from childhood ( a disastrous tooth extraction at a fancy dentist in Newport 10 years ago among the more recent of nightmares ) as I was born in Hawaii, and mid 70's dentistry was positively barbaric and painful. Dr. Yeoman was so warm and funny that he put me at ease immediately as did his assistant Alex. During the procedure he was fast, precise, thorough and again, very gentle. So gentle he didn't even need to give me novocaine to fix two chips in my front tooth from gnawing on a ribeye bone. The results are BEAUTIFUL and maybe took 40 minutes. He's a magician. Staff members Alex, Rachel and Brandy were all absolutely terrific and got me in right away when I called to explain the issue.
