Someone spilled a whiskey drink on my pink shirt, so there were obvious stains. The person who received my shirts was pretty dismissive and didn't ask me any questions about what services I wanted. The prices were a bit more than other places, but I assumed their service was very good for the price. I received a notification my items were ready for pick up a day after they were supposed to be ready. They let me pay and walk out of the store without mentioning they failed to remove the stains on my shirt. I walked back in and asked about the issue and the response I got was they tried their best. Why would I have to pay for something they failed to clean? The jacket was not totally cleaned either. Now I have to go to another cleaners and see if they can help. I will never be using this cleaners again.

I used Yelp to reach out to a number of Wash/Dry/Fold places. Clean All was quick to respond and offered very reasonable rates. They even made suggestions for me to pass on to the repair people. I guess that makes sense because people who run laundromats have lots of with broken equipment. Anyway, I dropped off a bunch of laundry and it was clean, dry, and folded the following morning. They did a great job and even listened to my requests for some minor special handling. While I was there, I learned they also wash larger items, like weighted blankets, take in dry cleaning, and do alterations. Frankly, before this I never even realized they were there, and I've gone past there store 100s of times. I'll certainly use them for WDF the next time I need it. That may be in a few days since, sadly, the circus is still in town.

They have always been polite, caring and trustworthy. I not only get everything dry cleaned, but also a lot of hemming-even pajama bottoms. I asked if six pants would be too much at one time to hem, and I was told "no problem". I've had stains that only the owner can get out. I don't know her secret. I even had a button come off a shirt and they sewed it on for free. How generous and kind is that! The owners see me coming and my dry cleaning is ready when I come through the front door. It is my true belief that they would do anything to help you. It's unfortunate for the few unhappy reviews, but trust me, this is the place to take your cherished clothing and to be treated like a valued customer. I pray they stay in business forever!! The first issue was that my information was entered incorrectly. Yes, I could have double-checked the receipt, but as a customer I should be able to trust that the business records my information accurately. The bigger issue was the actual service. When I picked up my sweatpants, they fit exactly the same as when I brought them in. It appeared that no hemming had been done at all. Not only was the alteration not completed as requested, but I also wasted money on the rush fee. Overall, I paid for a service that I did not receive and left frustrated by the lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this business if you value your time, money, and patience.
