The location is clean although a few of the washing machines did not smell fresh. I came in mid-afternoon and there were plenty machines available. I found the cost to be a little high but I honestly don't know what the normal cost is, sigh. The employees helped me with the washing machine and I put my money on the wrong dryer and had to move my clothes. When I have heavy items to launder, I would come back. I received a notification my items were ready for pick up a day after they were supposed to be ready. They let me pay and walk out of the store without mentioning they failed to remove the stains on my shirt. I walked back in and asked about the issue and the response I got was they tried their best. Why would I have to pay for something they failed to clean? The jacket was not totally cleaned either. Now I have to go to another cleaners and see if they can help. I will never be using this cleaners again.
