This place can be a little difficult to enter if you're heading East due to the vast amounts of traffic which never seem to subside on SR-60. If you happen to be heading West, there is a large, easy to enter lot with numerous pumps and plenty of store-front parking if you need snacks, beer, or to hit the ATM and are not getting fuel. As with any RaceTrac, the employees are very friendly, and another is always quick to jump on a register should they get a mini rush.

I had only one $20.00 bill in my wallet, 1000% certain of what I had and what I gave them especiallyy considering their history of scamming. . I turned in a lottery ticket and bought other items to the guy working the holiday. He said I owed them $1.00 even... That's odd, $1.00 even, with tax etc??? I gave them the $20.00, only bill in my wallet. They gave me change for a 10.00 Not again!!! I confronted the guy behind the counter and he refused to admit it. Would not even give me a receipt, I argued for a few minutes until some lowlife in line startded whining and confronting me about taking up his precious time. Now I almost got into a fight with some scumbag with no mask, no shirt and no respect at all! I walked away for the last time. As I walked away I looked back at my cigarrettes, They did it again! Wrong ones. I went home did the math myself as they wouldn't give me a receipt. It wasn't even close to what they charged me..They have a history of scamming people and short changing them and not giving receipts. Check out nextdoor.com or pinellas consumer pretection...they have a long history of stealing from people. You see the same people working month after month and they get to know you. The store is always clean and well-stocked. Even when the store is busy, they manage to keep the lines moving. Slightly annoying about the signage, very inconvenient with the angled pumps as the parking lot is not very spacious, so those using the convenience store often back into the pump areas, and turning around is a tight fit. They do have an air station here that you have to pay to use, and that's along the edge of the property so at least that is easier to access.
