And as a first time customer looking to purchase frames, a sign-in sheet doesn't rule out a "Hello" or "Welcome. If this is your first time, here is a sign-in sheet so we can get to you when it's your turn." That's all.

Greeted with a smile, easy check in as a new patient, wait time was excellent and short, Robin who took all important medical information from RX information, allergies to surgical information was excellent. Top notch care quality. Tests were done that I never ever had done. Dr. Shaheen was communicative, a good listener, reviewed all my test results. Pressure check was somewhat of a concern and prescribed a stronger eye drop to reduce the pressure in my eyes. I have to return in a month to have my pressure rechecked to see if the pressure has improved. Overall, my office visit as a New Patient was above and beyond.
