The door was left open, I could see staff members including Dr. Crawford walk past the exam room many times. At about 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. As I approached the exam room door to leave, the Doctor who had walked past the door several times, suddenly appeared and entered the exam room. Never, while I waited did anyone check in to tell me the Dr. is running behind, etc. The quality of the exam was high. At the end, the Doctor pressed me hard to purchase frames from him right then and there. I had someplace to be. I left and came back to look at frames. I entered the frames area where there was one male working. Well, not really doing anything, just sitting. He glanced at me but said nothing. Apparently, he didn't see me remove my own classes and hold them in my hand as I browsed available frames. I walked past the employee a few times as I browsed. Not once did he offer assistance. Okay. After browsing for about 10 minutes, I walked away from the frames area and headed to the door to leave. Then suddenly, an elevated voice asked, "Are you going to pay for those?". It was the male employee. Pay for what I asked. He replied, "The frames in your hand". I asked, "what, these glasses, that I came in with?". His reply. "Oh, never mind". And that was that. Not another word from the employee. This is an odd place. The disdain that radiates from some of the employees for some of their customers is apparent. The staff clearly favors some of their customers, but not all of them. Would I go back or recommend this Doctor? Nope.

Needed a nose pad replaced suddenly, and though I'd never been there before, they came to my rescue with solid customer service. They also have a space that is open, bright, airy, and comfortable to spend time in! A while later, during the height of Covid, I took about a month+ deciding on frames. Part of that was waiting for ordered items to come in. The other part was how strict they were with protocols and appointments, sometimes it was hard or a wait to get a follow up appointment. But, the service and selection were the best I've encountered in this area, and I look forward to switching to them for annual eye check ups.

I get glasses and feel nausea and vision strained. Go back to get lenses checked and they are spot on with new prescription. make appointment with Dr again and assist again is great and get correct prescription. Dr B comes in and said to me" usually the dilation refraction works. she said she would split the difference and gave me new prescription. Split the difference? Now i meed to go back and get 2 new lenses in my glasses.

Instead of just being honest and saying they wouldn't give it to us to prevent us from buying elsewhere, the employee lied and said that not only does pupil distance regularly change as an adult, but it also is specific to the actual frame. I told her we would be getting new lenses in the same frame so please measure it with that one, but she refused unless we purchased lenses through them. She also told me that no one in the industry will give pupil distance unless you buy glasses from them. Well, we went to Costco and not only did they measure the pupil distance with no problem, for free, without requiring us to buy glasses there, but the doctor and employees there confirmed that the truth about pupil distance, which substantiated that all the things the employee at MyEyeDr told us about pupil distance were lies. MyEyeDr has always been a high-pressure sales environment for purchasing glasses, but this goes too far. He took my measurements and handed measurements to mute with issues at all. My eye doctor in Liberty was amazing and all the people who work there are very knowledgeable and do a great job! My eye doctor will definitely have my business for life!
