I contacted this store to see about getting another and not only was I told 'no' but the the gal I was on the phone with changed her 'friendly' tone to one of 'suspect'. Ochsner billed $545 for a basic eye exam. Davis Vision paid there part of $152. I paid my copay off $20. Over 4 months later Ochsner is still billing me the remaining amount of $373! Nobody at Ochsner is willing to help or listen to the issue. Appears Ochsner is billing me for "coinsurance" instead of a "copay". Davis Vision calls Ochsner but nobody answers and Ochsner never receives correspondence. I was planning on sending my family to Dr. Nihn, but after all the time I've spent on the phone dealing with this unresolved bill- I'm never going back! Davis Vision advised I'm not the only one this happens to with Ochsner. Be warned!
