I am greatly appreciative of her time, her generosity, and the care she has for the animals and their owners. Aside from her amazing animal skills, Dr. Riehl is great with people too. She takes her time during every visit and makes sure all of my questions and concerns are addressed while giving lots of great information and taking the time to ensure I understand. The first time I met Dr. Riehl we connected instantly and knew she was the vet for my animals. She provided me solutions for my animals that no other vet would do and it makes me feel welcomed and valued here. I also want to give props to all the other employees here. All of this was for urinary infection and bladder stones that are made up of mostly calcium. I am not sure if this will re-occur or not and neither does Neffsville. $10,711 for urinary infection and bladder stones, including follow-up visits seems like a money machine in and out and pay high costs, at least to me.

Being far from home and from our regular vet made the situation even more stressful. My husband and I were trying to get our dog out of the car as he was unable to jump down. Elise was outside and saw our struggles. She asked us if she could reach in and get him out. She reached in and picked him up (he's 62 lbs) and brought him into the office. From the moment we walked into this emergency clinic, we were met with compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. The medical assistant Elise was absolutely remarkable. She treated our dog as if he were her own, calming him (and us) with her kindness, patience, and clear communication. She is truly a gem in this field. The veterinarian was equally outstanding -- thorough, gentle, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything in a way we could understand, never rushed us, and made sure we felt confident about the plan moving forward. Traveling with pets can be unpredictable, but finding a team like this makes all the difference. If we lived anywhere near this area, we would choose this office as our permanent vet without hesitation. Approximately seven years ago I had to make a difficult decision, my Brady had numerous issues. We tried to help but he wasn't improving. I decided he would not suffer anymore. When the time came Dr. Keller gave me the time to say goodbye, and he teared up with me. I received a sympathy card with a note from him. It said he hoped I would get another dog because I was a good owner and any dog would be lucky if they were going to be with me. Took me five years but I now have another dog, Charlie, who had a tough life at a puppy mill as a stud. He was discarded by the breeder and I was lucky enough to adopt him. Dr. Keller is his veterinarian now.
