I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared.

I paid for months of supply, as part of my ongoing Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) treatment, and I did not receive the medication. My process involved both Gisselle Lopez and Roxanne Tevel (who remains one of the main contacts at the clinic). I followed the steps I was given, including the clinic's consultation/coordination, and I was instructed to work with Gisselle Lopez for the medication/refill. I've been a client for almost a year, and I was directed to send payment via Zelle (the same method used successfully on TWO prior occasions). After payment this time, the medication was never provided, and I was blocked by Gisselle Lopez. I went in person to the clinic to resolve it, and I was told there was no refill/order under my name. They told me the employee is not working at the clinic anymore. I escalated this directly to Dr. Gabriel Salloum. He acknowledged that things were handled improperly, but during our call he refused to provide the same amount of medication I paid for and also REFUSED to refund my money back, stating it involved a former employee. The end result is that I'm left with a loss and no treatment, even after the clinic was informed and given a chance to make it right. If this remains unresolved, I will pursue ALL formal remedies to recover the funds. A responsible clinic would fix this immediately instead of leaving the patient to absorb the loss. If you're considering this clinic: be extremely careful. Based on how this was handled, I would NOT recommend!

I am sharing my personal experience to help others make an informed decision…read more I had a full abdomen procedure at AirSculpt Miami in January 2025. During my initial consultation, I did not meet with a physician. The consultation was conducted by a non-medical staff member, and I was shown before-and-after photos and discussed treatment options. I elected to proceed with the procedure. I met the surgeon for the first time on the day of the procedure. At that time, the surgeon commented that I was already lean and questioned whether the procedure was necessary. The procedure was still performed. Following the procedure, I experienced unevenness, lumps, and indentations in the treated area. At follow-up visits, I was advised to undergo Morpheus treatments to improve the results, which I did at an additional cost of approximately $2,000. After completing the recommended treatments, some improvement was noted, but the contour irregularities remained. I was advised to wait several months and later underwent a revision procedure in October 2025. Despite following all postoperative instructions and recommendations, I continue to have visible contour irregularities in my abdomen. In a recent communication with the office, I was informed that no further revisions would be offered and that no additional corrective options were available. In total, I have spent approximately $17,000 related to these procedures. I am disappointed with the final outcome and feel that my abdomen appears worse than prior to treatment. While outcomes may vary, this reflects my individual experience, and I encourage anyone considering this procedure to ask detailed questions and fully understand the potential risks before proceeding.

Una vez que pagas y te operan, el trato cambia completamente. El personal se vuelve prepotente y no explican bien las cosas. En el primer masaje postoperatorio, que cuesta $100, la sesión fue de solo media hora. Durante ese masaje a mi esposa se le bajó la presión y nunca me avisaron ni me dieron una explicación clara de lo que ocurrió. Eso es muy preocupante.
