I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared.

I paid for months of supply, as part of my ongoing Tirzepatide (Mounjaro) treatment, and I did not receive the medication. My process involved both Gisselle Lopez and Roxanne Tevel (who remains one of the main contacts at the clinic). I followed the steps I was given, including the clinic's consultation/coordination, and I was instructed to work with Gisselle Lopez for the medication/refill. I've been a client for almost a year, and I was directed to send payment via Zelle (the same method used successfully on TWO prior occasions). After payment this time, the medication was never provided, and I was blocked by Gisselle Lopez. I went in person to the clinic to resolve it, and I was told there was no refill/order under my name. They told me the employee is not working at the clinic anymore. I escalated this directly to Dr. Gabriel Salloum. He acknowledged that things were handled improperly, but during our call he refused to provide the same amount of medication I paid for and also REFUSED to refund my money back, stating it involved a former employee. The end result is that I'm left with a loss and no treatment, even after the clinic was informed and given a chance to make it right. If this remains unresolved, I will pursue ALL formal remedies to recover the funds. A responsible clinic would fix this immediately instead of leaving the patient to absorb the loss. If you're considering this clinic: be extremely careful. Based on how this was handled, I would NOT recommend!

Nora rescued me from my stress. She she was calm cool collective and so understanding. I think she may have been a therapist in a past life. She got me on the schedule in super short notice and even some last minute testing at the hospital. It was like God sent her to me because I almost made a mistake of going to a subpar surgeon. I initially paid $250 for my consultation, which was separate from the procedure fee. I then paid $250 to reserve my surgery date, followed by the remaining $5,750 balance. The day before my scheduled surgery, the practice canceled my procedure, telling me that I would be better off having it performed in a hospital setting. I had already received the appropriate medical clearance, including clearance from a cardiologist, and was not given a satisfactory explanation for the last-minute cancellation. Since then, I have been trying to get my money refunded. I was told I needed to complete a refund form, which took several weeks to generate. I signed and returned the form on June 29 and was told I should receive my refund within approximately a month. It has now been two months, and I still have not received my refund. Despite numerous emails, I continue to be told that they are "waiting for the paperwork to go through," without any clear explanation of what that means or when I can actually expect my money. What is particularly frustrating is that I am now being told that I will only receive $5,750 of the $6,000 I paid. The reason given is that the $250 surgery-date deposit is nonrefundable. I find that extremely difficult to understand because I did not cancel my surgery -- the practice canceled it. I paid that $250 specifically to reserve the surgery date, and because the practice canceled the procedure, I should not be penalized by losing the deposit for a date that they themselves canceled. At this point, it is not simply about the $250. It is about the principle, the lack of communication, and the amount of time it has taken to return money that I believe should have been refunded promptly. This review is not intended to criticize Dr. Berman personally, but rather to share my experience with the practice and how my cancellation and refund have been handled. I expected better communication, professionalism, and accountability. I sincerely hope this is resolved and that my full $6,000 is returned, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this practice.
