The interactions I have had with him have all been positive and I was able to pick my truck up from him at 9pm at night because, frankly, he was still busy at work! I'm guessing that they were providing an estimate for something that could have been remedied using a simpler method. Their estimate was a 2 day procedure of typical body work and repainting, whereas other shops are using a dent removal procedure for half the price. In other words, I can't believe that they are not aware of what is becoming a common method to solve the problem.
