Best fresh donuts I've had in years. This roadside locally owned donut shop is a true find. The sugar donut was light and airy, with a great taste -- nothing like the heavy, cakey donuts you find at most franchise locations nowadays. Great donuts, no doubt. My first and only visit (so far) was okay but at the same time a bit annoying. The morning traffic, combined with the aircraft overhead and trying to understand the soft spoken lady at the window, made ordering a matter of pointing and signaling! I thought I was early enough to get a few of the glazed but only got two.....get there sooner. Great donuts, coffee not bad. Location and ordering can be tricky. read more

Their red velvet donuts are the best I've ever had!! However if you go here too early they just have out donuts from the day before left over. Wait until after 7:30-8:00am and they bring out more fresh ones again! I don't mind older donuts but maybe warm them up a bit because I've gotten unlucky with some hard, cold donuts. It's rare and I know the best time to go now though and they're always good at the right timing! read more

Great donuts! I highly recommend. The owner though is extremely rude! I have given her two chances thinking maybe she had a "bad day" but she will slam the window shut in your face and will "shoo you off with her hand" as if you're a dog or an animal. She gets mad if you don't buy a donut simply because they may have ran out of your favorite one. Very good donuts but, she needs to realize that it's the customers that make your business successful and she's clearly not efficient when it comes to customer service! Very dissatisfied. First time customer. The lady who assisted me did not speak English very well. I had a hard time figuring out why a dozen donuts cost $17.25. I finally realized it was the maple bars but with better English she could have helped me realize I should just buy a dozen regular donuts and then the three maple bars and it would have been cheaper. Instead I bought 9 donuts and three maple bars. Anyway, I left with my donuts and was very excited to surprise the family. I get home, we dive in and find out the donuts are greasy and all they taste like is grease. VERY UNHAPPY. I have called the shop three times to speak with the manager or owner. The same lady who does not speak English very well answers and doesn't not know when they will be in. The first time she said they were not here and hung up. I called right back and asked her when he would be in and she said she did not know and it would not be that day then hung up. Today, I called again and still no answer with no idea. So, yep. $17 worth of donuts sitting on my counter that the four of us will not eat. I would love it if the owner would contact me. read more

Good, fresh donuts right off Tyndall AFB. I had a glazed cake donut and a chocolate sprinkle they were both delicious. Hubby had an apple fritter and it was also awesome. Really wanted a cinnamon roll but he was already out for the day, going to have to go earlier next time for those! Great local business. No seating but you could grab some donuts and head over the bridge to the marina where they have picnic tables and enjoy your pastries by the water! That's what we did and it was fab. Whose idea was it to put a fresh donut shop on a main thoroughfare and in plain view, where people would be inspired to make a dangerous u-turn in the middle of the day to get some delicious donuts and donut holes? I ask you! Apparently, they had me in mind when they chose this spot because it worked! I do apologize to the oncoming cars, who perhaps saw a large white rental minivan suddenly turn in front of them with hungry faces in the windows. I gave the "Sorrrryyyyy!" wave though. Yep, it's true and they're good. This is a walk-up donut shop where the donuts are in the glass windows, ready for you to pick and choose your favorites. We only got a few donuts but filled in the order with some donut holes. My favorite...the chocolate frosted donuts. My least favorite...doesn't exist in the donut world. I do recommend Leon's Donuts but I would suggest a more careful way to get there than the way I chose. read more

Amazing donuts!! They are cooked fresh daily and are full of flavor. They have a decent selection. You can get filled doughnuts, fresh filled with cream or custard. They also have the infamous bacon maple doughnut. Or you can stick with the classics like glazed, chocolate covered or a blueberry cake doughnut. They are all amazing! read more

The smell coming from the shop was RIDICULOUSLY good! I wanted to try them all! I had a big glazed twist & one covered in coconut. OMG, they were awesome. Next time we are down there I am trying the maple bacon ones. They had little pieces of fresh bacon on a maple iced donut. Also, the apple fritters looked awesome. They all did really. . .
