The shrimp was plump, the Birria was tender, and if I had to pick a favorite, the Pork Belly probably takes the win. One thing about all of Juan's tacos, they pack them so full the filling barely fits in the tortilla. On my last visit, I went with one Pork Belly taco and one Chicken taco. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere is just fun. While I was down there, Juan was in the process of opening his new location.
