I was in PCB for the Sea Breeze Jazz festival, and was wandering around the parking lot, starving, dateless, and slightly lonely. And then I saw it. Whatever Five Guys version of the golden arches are, but I saw the red and was drawn to it like a mosquito on a bumping quest with the purple zapper light. I don't remember what I ordered. I just told the guy at the counter to give me something with 2 patties with everything on it, including bacon and cheese. It was delish. I sat outside on one of the tables with an umbrella. It started to rain. I should have been annoyed. Who wants to be caught in the rain during a jazz festival? But no. I wasn't. I was fixated on a delish smash burger, and pondering why the universe has kept this place from my palate all these years? It's an annoying mystery. Harmless, but annoying, like those hairs on your toes- I mean, what possible purpose do they serve? Anyway. I like this place. I'll definitely come back.
