I went in to order up a Glock 22 and they ordered up the Glock 44. When I went to do the paperwork for the Glock I noticed that they ordered up the wrong Glock and I told them about it. They mentioned that is what I ordered and I have to deal with it. Personally I know what I ordered and they blamed me for their screw up. I feel this place is in a decent location. Easy to get to as its off Alpine. The parking lot is a decent size and range fees are comparable to other ranges in the area. Todd was super informative and helpful. Overall, it seems like a solid place to shoot; and I might consider doing so in the future. My only concern though, was the overpowering smell of weed. Now, I don't care if people use it whatsoever (truly, I'm from California--we know how to party, ask Tupac), but not in a place where there are weapons and live ammunition. I booked range time yesterday for June. The computer booking would not complete the order unless I filled out everything. I felt it was odd but you gotta do what you gotta do. Then I got charged double! Called the company today to straighten it out. The person at the other end was rude and refused to correct it. I have canceled my card and also ended my relationship with Leo's. It a shame, the range time is a month from now so there was plenty of time to fix it. read more

Prices are high. Definitely pricey. $35 for box of 9mm. I bought the same box of 9mm at big R for $13. I don't like price gouging.

Easy to book range time and for a newby just starting out in the gun world, it's a fun place to learn.

I am so impressed with this place! There aren't many gun/ammo shops in the area and this one is just down the street from me so I thought I would check them out. I went to get some target ammo because I was taking a friend for some target practice as a birthday present. I initially called them to make sure they had 9mm available and they assured me that they did and they let me know what grain they had and what price each one was. Their prices are competitive with the large corporations. The guy I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and super helpful. When I arrived I was greeted by a different employee and she was also super friendly and helpful. This place has a lot of concealed carry purses and wearables for women which is a plus as well. Also, I heard they may be opening a shooting range in the near future. read more

Leo first earned my business 7 years ago. I still drive 90 minutes, past many other gun shops to do business with him exclusively. He is extremely knowledgeable and his prices are very competitive. Leo is always happy to order things for me when he doesn't have them in stock. I can't say enough good things about this business or this businessman. read more

Leo's gun shop is better then any other gun shop I've been to around our town. Leo is very knowledgeable with everything he has and any gun you ask him about. I have not ever seen him in a bad mood he has always been happy and has not ever forgot who I am when I go there. He greets all customers with kindness and remembers you along with other customers That have been into his store. He is an awesome guy and very smart when you have a question he always has the correct answer. Called to ask a question that I was unsure about and the guy on the phone kept repeating his response as if I was stupid. "Do I have to keep repeating myself or spell it out to you" was one of his responses. I suggest going elsewhere with customer service like this. read more
