I have gotten three letters from Voltaire Lepe in the last three weeks to ask about buying/selling my property that I inherited. I called after the second one to request to be removed from the mailing list as I was not interested, and considering I'd gotten two letters I figured there would be more that I didn't want to receive. Today I got the third one, even after I called. I called again, the second time, and the woman this week was kind and understanding. She assured me that they would be taking me off, and asked if I wanted a call back to confirm that. I thought that was wonderful, so whoever you are, thank you for that. I reached out to Voltaire Lepe personally and told him I did not find his letter to be professional, as it was pre-typed and then my name and my father's name had been filled in with pen. I find that incredibly tacky, as well as insulting. If you want me to trust you with my property, take the extra time to type it up and make it look nice. He spelled mine AND my father's names wrong on the second letter, as well as mixing up both of our genders. That isn't a quality I look for in a realtor. And if you hear from the person you're cold-mailing, if you get a message after the first letter, maybe take a hint and don't send two more letters. All around, just incredibly unprofessional aside from the one woman I spoke with today. Disrespectful, takes shortcuts, predatory sales tactics. I would say, if you lost a loved one and are thinking of selling your home, go talk to anyone else. These guys don't want to put the effort in. read more

We hired Lepe Tendwell to list my Mother's house for sale. We interviewed 2 other Real Estate agents but did not get a good feel for their sales plan. Voltaire Lepe and Claudia met with us and shared their plan on the best way to sell this house. The Lepe Team listed the property on Tuesday, and by Saturday had 16 offers, 14 of which were for the asking price or higher. On Monday, Voltaire called the perspective buyers to say with 14 offers on the table they would get 1 chance to bring their best offer. I just purchased my very first home and cannot imagined having navigated the process, without the guidance and advice of Claudia and her team. She was very attentive and listened to my needs. Claudia was incredibly responsive and accessible, she kept me informed of new homes in the market and answered all my questions. I After finding my dream home, we submitted an offer. Despite the seller's agent telling us that he would respond to our offer, the seller's agent failed to do so (I am aware that they are not required to provide a response to an offer), considering that I felt this my dream home, Claudia stayed on top inquired every day, for at least a week, with the seller's agent; that's real persistence and dedication. Eventually when our offer was accepted, the contract was written very aggressively; for example, we were to close on a specified date (30 days from acceptance). Claudia assured me that meeting the timelines were not an issue so long as we stayed on top of things. We closed escrow in 26 days, and I'm sure we could have closed sooner (as I had already signed my closing documents), if it wasn't for the seller failing to respond to our questions/requests in a timely manner. As a first-time home buyer, navigating the process and knowing what to look for during the home inspection process can be challenging, as you do not know what to expect or what to look for, however, there were no surprises, she kept me informed of everything and pointed out things during the home inspection that might not have been obvious to me. Claudia went above and beyond; she always looked out for my best  interest! I cannot stress how thankful I am for Claudia's persistence and dedication, as I know that her persistence and dedication is the reason why I was able to buy my dream home.
