I would give this place negative stars if I could. My family had shopped here for over a decade. The owner had always been a nice lady, but she needs to do something about the excuse for a man she hired. He is a POS, rude, and is more concerned with his next cigarette brake than treating anyone with any semblances of respect. It's upsetting because I like to support local shops, even when they are overpriced for stuff available on Amazon. But, I paid it because local establishments deserve the support.. Not this one, not until she does something about her bully. The last time I came in the store he immediately started harassing me about my dog, a professionally trained working dog for PTSD. I tried to brush it off thinking he was just an a$$ hat. But no... he kept going, accusing me and my dog of things that never happened. At one point he even came around the glass counter and approached me to continue talking sht about my dog. At that point I was done with him, and confronted his inappropriate behavior. You don't talk about my dog like that.. He made excuses, and just started acting like a dick to me and my family. My brother literally had to remove me from the store as I had lost it.. I was intending on giving this excuse of a man the adjustment he so badly needs. Fix your store, it's absolutely abhorrent it has any representation of Irish culture.

They have very interesting jewelry items there, the staff is nice. I'll be coming back for another triquetra ring soon.

So much so, we returned the next day to purchase the sweatshirt I was eyeing and I've hardly taken it off since! So many cute Colorado themed items like your typical souvenir trinkets-- magnets, socks, spice mixes, clothing, post cards, mugs... a little bit of everything!

All About Colorado is probably my favorite souvenir place that I visited in Downtown CO Springs…read more If rating souvenir shops on the scale of cheesy t-shirt shop to high end decor, AAC falls right in the middle. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. AAC is actually two shops in one. It looks like they may have been separate at one time, but are now connected. Both sides have similar items and similar helpful staff. Here are some of the items I liked: Hats: I love a good ball cap. They had several different styles. Shirts: There were a good variety of shirts that were Colorado themed or for specific local attractions. Their shirts were much cheaper than the ones for sale at the local attractions. Stickers: I love stickers. I bought several. There were some that seemed a tad ridiculous, but I am sure they sell plenty of weed themed stickers here. Weeeeeeeed maaaaaaan. Get a job hippy. Coffee Mugs: Even though I drink iced coffee, I love location specific mugs. They had mugs a plenty here. Kids books: Who hasn't read "Who Pooped in the Snow"? Actually, I have not and it made me regret that my kids don't like story time anymore. This store has way more than the items I listed. I think you will like it. I did.

They then falsely claim they sold it for much lower when they actually sold it for much higher, and then they also change your commission share falsely claiming you agreed on a different lower amount, when its convenient for them to do that to make more off the sale. They lie and claim they don't keep receipts after I asked for proof of the sale. Weeks later after ignoring my initial request for a receipt they send a seemingly random super sketchy receipt that doesn't even show the name of the products sold (ie my item) and then the receipt has a hand written note claiming the higher sale amount included another product that the buyer bought at the same time. Super unprofessional, very dishonest, poor communication, and non-transparent, lacking in integrity business practices. STAY AWAY for this oddball store! Oddball is right.... I may update my review only if they stop lying and quickly send me my consignment check for the correct amount I have asked for that I am owed for my item.

It's a cool peek into how folks lived back then, and there's no shortage of vintage eye candy. Some items are clearly marked with "Do Not Touch" signs. One wasn't--so naturally, my curious son gave it a go to see how it worked. A staff member walked by and, instead of gently redirecting, chose to loudly scold him in front of others. It was uncomfortable and felt a little over the top for a kid just being curious. Not exactly a warm, educational moment. We moved on quickly--but not before one of us made sure to gently touch one more thing, for good measure. The shooting gallery was a hit with the kids. Change machines are a surprisingly nice convenience. Gold panning? Fun to try, but we struck out. Informative movie? Worth sitting for. Gift shop? Cool stuff, but brace for sticker shock. All in all, it's worth a stop if you're into Old West history, but a little more grace from staff would go a long way in keeping the experience fun--especially for families.
