I looked up to see us passing Beckley's RV in New Oxford, so I turned around and pulled in and asked if they had someone that could look at it. Found out that we had a bad bearing hub assembly etc. Tim and Jeff got to work removing the bad parts and called the Thurmont location and they had the parts, so we jumped in our truck and picked them up. By the time that we got back, Tim and Jeff had the right side prepped and ready to receive the new parts plus they checked the left side as a precaution just to put our mind at ease. The whole staff was very friendly and made a stressful situation better. We are grateful for Tim and Jeffs efforts on getting us back up and rolling! They were a God send when we needed it most. We would highly recommend Beckley's in New Oxford.

I'm handy and expect to find some faulty situations after purchase, but soon realized today's RV's are thrown together without quality control before leaving the manufacturer. I fixed numerous issues, from several water leaks to stripped cabinet screws and loose ball hitch. Our RV only 7 months old. Make sure you check to make sure the washer on top of the ball nut is fully compressed and tight before heading down the road! I drilled a hole through the hitch bold & inserted a cotter pin with no play so the bolt can't back off. My frustration lies in the fact that the Beckley's New Oxford location is subpar. You have to consistently call or email their maintenance personnel in order to get results & followups are out of the question. My wife and I did them a favor by fixing most issues on our own, but some needed their intervention. We wanted to square away every issue possible before the year warranty period expires and didn't want to be inconvenienced by making numerous trips an hour and a half drive one way from our home. New Oxford, please hire more qualified staff to keep your good reputation from faltering any further. Thank you

He took the time to walk us through the features and specs of the RV and then sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for and our timeline. Even after we told him we were not planning to purchase that day, he remained patient, professional, and very helpful. We would highly recommend Roy as a salesman. We have visited other RV dealerships, and the sales staff elsewhere have not come close to the level of service we received from him. This location alone has received an F rating from the BBB because of receiving so many negative complaints. All this will come up with a quick Google search. There are several Facebook groups like, Camping World Sucks that are dedicated to people telling their stories of being ripped off by CW. These Facebook groups have thousands of followers! Check them out and read their horror stories of doing business with CW! Our salesman Kevin Wormser completely hustled us. He pulled a trick on us that is their version of a "bait and switch". When we showed up to purchase our Coleman 13r, they had a Coleman 17r waiting there for us. We told them it was the wrong camper. It was bigger and more expensive than the one we wanted. They acted like they had just made an honest mistake. They asked us if we wanted to do the paperwork and just come back for our Coleman 13r another day, so we did. When the financing paperwork went to the bank we had gotten charged for the more expensive Coleman 17r. I called the Financial manager there Brandon Drye. I told him the paperwork was for a Coleman 17r. He said that doesn't matter, as long as the paperwork has the correct VIN number on it, which it did. If they had just made a mistake how come they managed to somehow get the correct VIN number on the wrong paperwork. He said that their was nothing we could do about it because we signed. Once you leave with the camper they will start to ignore if you call about any problems. They will also trick you into buying warranty's that cover hardly anything and they will add thousands of dollars to the money you are financing. They also overcharge for things you need for the Camper. For example, they charged us almost $900 for a $200 brake controller. I thought I was dealing with an honest American business, they are not! They are all crooks there! What they did to us is not their only scam! Beware of doing business with them!

He took the specifics of what I needed and told me he would walk it back to the girls in the OEM dept. It's been 10 days since that call and NOTHING! I bought the RV privately, but it was originally purchased at CW, that is why I went there first. After that failure, I called a local repair shop and they were able to get the part and it will be installed shortly. I Will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAMPING WORLD AGAIN!!!

This is the first time I've heard from this guy since the time he lied to me about the warranty basically they refusing to help me out because I made complaints about their horrible service. I would suggest to anybody these people are liars. It's a horrible dealership. I would not buy anything from them. There's plenty of other RV dealerships that will take ownership and responsibility of their mistakes. I spent $80,000 for a warranty in a van and I'm getting nothing for it. It's a broken van that I bought.

I bought the camper as is and was aware of the water damage and some other minor things that needed repairs. Upon getting the camper home I noticed the black holding tank was full of sewage. We reached out to Rv Value mart and haven't gotten a response. I purchased a tool to help flush it out and after a few hours it is functional now. I don't want to make a huge deal out of this but it's not a good business practice to sell someone a full sewer tank. Buyers beware! If you're buying a new product you would not have to worry about something like this.
