The management here is unbearable to deal with. They will deny your maintenance requests and tell you there is no issue for weeks. I was forced to fight with them in order to get safe drinking water in my apartment. See the drinking water with black specks in it that we argued about for weeks because they "couldn't see them". They would not move me out or provide me clean water when the water in my kitchen water was undrinkable and unusable. I had to purchase takeout and buy water bottle packs they never reimbursed me for. It feels like they are slumlords. Please don't live here. I'm waiting for my lease to end before I'm able to move. I've also dealt with bugs while living here. I've rented from 3 other complexes and have never dealt with behavior like this. In fact I've never left a review at anywhere I've ever lived beceause my landlords acted like normal people and treated me with respect. The management here will gaslight you and treat you like an idiot. One of the management staff laughed at me when I was trying to show her the dirty water in my apartment. The manager denied seeing what the maintenance staff could see and agreed with me in, that I have dirty water with black spots in it. I'm unsure why the management has had such dodgy behavior with me, they could be hiding something about the building? Fight for your rights as a tenant when living here because Lerner arrowood management either does not know them or will not respect them. Roaches are bad and they have to spray toxic pesticides to control. The dryer exhaust heat into apt sooo air conditioning must work overtime to control temp. The amount of humidity in these apartments is ridiculous! Our bed sheets actually feel moist from the amount of humidity. This place is great if you cannot afford anything but bottom of the barrel accommodation, but to me the amount of electricity to keep the place cool and free of sooooo much moisture tells me that I'd rather pay more in rent and have lesser electricity bills. Also consider the smell. There are no filters in the air intakes. We had to literally duct tape around all pipe cut outs and various none caulked areas to keep the odor from the building out of our apt. Once we ducked taped everything from the bathroom vent to the space around electrical outlets, and pipes the odor was kept minimal. But before we taped everything. The location of this place is great, but that's about it. When we moved in we have NEVER had bugs. Slowly roaches started to come out of the drain I'm assuming from neighbors. If you want random drunk guys walking up and sitting on your patio drinking a beer then arrowood parc is the place. There's always a group of men drinking beer outside and leaving glass bottles, which is dangerous for my kids. They need to renovate the apartments because everything is so old it's falling apart. When we moved in the inside of our fridge is broken, the shelves are just sitting on the bottom of the fridge because they didn't want to fix or replace the fridge. Since the fall we've had spider crickets popping up every week in our apartment and we've requested maintenance and it's been a week and we're still waiting. The neighbors throw parties every weekend and constantly have people in and out of their apartment and even out their couch in the hallway one night to make room in their apartment to dance bachata. There's also a couple that like to scream and argue in the hallway at each other and the walls and ceiling are already paper thin I could literally hear the words from the people upstairs argument one night and can hear when they're vacuuming. I remember in the sixties when "Berkely Square" was owned by Lerner Enterprises and was an entry level housing for singles or young families. It deteriorated (and that's the right word) into entry level housing for singles and lower middle class families (and was not a nice place). With the Gentrification of the Vienna Area (the house that I grew-up about a block away that my parents paid $23,000 for in 1963, and sold for $135,000 in 1986, is now worth in excess of $700,000) house prices have exploded. I have lived here for over a year now. I love the staff! The apartment is roomy! It's one of the nicest garden style apartments I've lived in. My dog loves the area as well as the staff! I've never had any issues that couldn't be fixed. I put a request in and within hours maintenance is fixing it whether it's a lightbulb out, appliance issue, plumbing issue, etc. The parking is a little bit of a down fall. I wish each building or apartment had assigned spaces. Other than that it's just people being inconsiderate when getting in and out of their cars. It's a wonderful location located near grocery stores and restaurants. The other residents are friendly as well! There are always kids playing and people talking! It's a great environment! Well after reading these reviews from previous tenants and current tenants it seems like the majority rules as far as this place being the most unprofessional nonchalant staff now the funny thing is I don't even live at this establishment but I just got off the phone with a manager who returned my call regarding an incident with two residents this past Sunday night I work as a delivery person and had 2 foreign women in a Lexus nx 300 with license plate upk-9218 basically wanting to get confrontational because for whatever they're sick twisted mind thought that I was blocking their way of Entry with my vehicle now I guess they're a couple french fries short of a cheeseburger meal but from how I was parked with my flashers on I was in the middle of the road indicating for oncoming cars to go around me which is the whole point of putting on your flashes and then I noticed that one chick from the passenger side took it upon herself to get out and try to look at my car like she was attempting to try to go in it and then I told her hey that's my car and passenger says she was just getting ready to move my car and I told her that would be very stupid for her to try that and I said you could have just went around my car and they started getting confrontational and said just move your car and I said you two need to chill out I said don't disrespect me so I move just a little bit and apparently I guess it must have been a spot that they were trying to get, okay number one if it was a parking space that I was blocking they just could have told me that in the beginning and number two there was plenty of other parking spaces that they could have went in considering that these parking spaces are unmarked I find it funny that after speaking with another representative who returned my call who works at that property is basically nonchalant about it like it's not too big of a deal so in all summary this place has won it's bad reviews for the millennium because apparently menacing behavior is allowed in this property so word of advice for people doing deliveries Etc at this particular neighborhood be very careful and whatever it's worth to you, you may even consider having a little something extra in your pocket for self defense and protection purposes when dealing with some of the low IQ, bird brain, idiotic, nimrod like jackasses I described up above that live at this particular establishment!!!! Lerner Arrowood Parc was absolutely terrible in every way imaginable. We had one tree fall through our bedroom window and another fall on our car and total it within a span of a month. Management was not helpful or sympathetic in the slightest. They even lied to us and told us that their insurance had told them the investigation was complete and they were found not to be at fault when their insurance company told us the investigation was ongoing. Walls and ceilings are paper thin, everything breaks frequently. I know the price and location seem great but this is an awfully managed and built property. read more

This is my 7th year at this complex. No, no, no!!!! It's purely because of my kids' schooling. No credit goes to the place or its management. 7 years in the same apartment, no carpet cleaning, no HVAC cleaning offered...Now for almost a year we are cohabiting with all sorts insects througout the unit...Their standard suggestion is to move to another unit. Why should I inconvenience myself!!? Am I not paying the rent? Am I not entitled to the 'standard' services? Is it too much to ask? Or are they lying in their marketing talks? For a few years, AC was not working at all...then after months of back and forth, they finally agreed that AC was caput and agreed to replace. Since in the last 7 years, HVAC was not properly cleaned, all the duct vents began to generate huge amount of molds. The local management felt this was not an urgent maintenance issue, while we were inhaling mold infested air. Almost 10 days later, someone came to clean the vents!!! Regarding cockroaches and other weird insects.... I still have a open ticket which was raised on 30th August!!? One anecdote in closing, because I can go on with endless list, to show the unprofessionalism, callousness, indifference, incompetence of the local management staff. Recently I was up for renewal. So, the company sent me a reminder along with the new rate and agreement to sign. I reviewed and then called to discuss. As usual, nobody at onsite office picked up, so it went to their call center. I explained and then requested that I would like to speak with the property manager. The reason being during our earlier conversations, he told me to contact him if anything came up, and that he would look into the possibility for a carpet cleaning at renewal time. Well, this year's rent increase was quite substantial. Hence the request. A few days later, I got a call from on-site management office asking whether I had made any decision regarding the renewal. Since it was a lady speaking and last time I spoke I knew that the property manager was a gentleman, I inquired whether this was a call responding to my request, whether she was the property manager. She said yes. I then murmured somewhat apologetically that I wasn't aware of the latest management change. Anyways then we got into discussing the new rates and I expressed my reservations regarding the increase and requested to reconsider the increase amount. She said it's not possible, "there is no mechanism to reconsider here." Take it or leave it. Then I drew her attention to previous years where upon discussing with on-site staff, I even had zero increase in certain years. She still stood firm - take it leave it - now began to raise her voice. To that, I said we need to keep it professional, that I would think about the rates and asked for her name so that I could contact later. She refused to provide her name claiming it's company policy not to disclose names. At that, I said how would I contact then and that this is the first time I was hearing about such a policy! Now, she says tactfully that she is one of the staff on-site, without disclaiming her earlier impersonation being the property manager!!!! Over the years' issues still conveniently persisting, just a sample - entry door lock to the building doesn't work, nonstop loitering and lounging on the staircases, parking by nonresidents, drinking sessions in the parking lots with loud music....on and on and on.... read more

1/2/14 First impressions of Arrowood Parc after living here a week: The place isn't THAT bad. At least for me it's okay. Maybe cause it's winter time not many people are outside so I haven't seen the trash issue other reviewers are talking about. Lately I have seen small trash items scattered around the parking lot though. Not that I find it normal but at least the places I've rented, you have that select few that just don't care how appealing a place looks from the outside. My building is closer to RTE 123 so maybe they care more about curb appeal than the ones near the back. We moved into their renovated apartments in the basement level. I grew up working construction and remodeling and would rate their remodel 2 stars out of 5. A lot of details went unnoticed and could use a touch-up. I don't think management supervises the remodels and if they do, it's a quick walk through. The bathroom has holes that were covered with Joint Compound and simply painted over. If you've done remodeling before you'll know once it dries you have to sand/finish whatever you just patched. The kitchen and bathroom had a bunch of un-finished patches. For some reason, we don't have a chandelier over our dining room. That's the first time I've ever seen an apartment with no lighting over a dinner table. Both bedrooms WEREN'T CABLE READY, that was HUGE let down. The exterior is not as nice as our old place. There are leaves all over the place, muddy sidewalks and the trash bins are just nasty. Like RSB said, it's like a city dump. The front office staff was okay, very helpful and polite(or maybe they were acting like that just to get our money). No complaints there. We'll definitely let management know of these problems. Arrowood Parc is not as up-kept as our old place was(Fairfax Circle Villa) but at least we're not that type that spend a lot of time outside and do most repairs ourselves because we don't like strangers in our home while we're at work. Expect a update review a bit later... Update 1/18/14: We had a small mouse thinking our home was his but we ended up catching him after a day of knowing we had one. I really recommend if you chose to live here, expect managements' attitude to change once you've sign the lease, a city dump of a trash can and maintenance' lack of care for the exterior of the community. Also, get a camera and monitor your apartment. We had three issues and maintenance sent a text message the work was done 6 hours before they even stepped foot in my house. So they might catch you by surprise if your not careful. Update 3/21/14 Not much has changed. If you move here, do yourself a favor and get the top floor. DO NOT get the Terrace or the second level. In about every building either the person above you or below you will have a daycare or constantly walk back and forth. You can literally hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does. A couple weekends ago I heard my upstairs neighbors' ENTIRE conversation with her one-night stand friend at 6:30am on a Sunday morning!!!!! After a couple minutes it got real "X Rated" if you know what I'm talking about. These apartments look nice from the inside (not from the outside-management doesn't care about the exterior) but don't get sold by just that. Be sure to visit at different times to get a vibe of the neighborhood. On nice days, kids use the side of certain buildings as soccer goals (can't imagine the noise that tenant must hear) or just leave bikes thrown in front of the buildings chewing up the landscape. Also, I've heard other tenants get packages stolen right from their doorstep...just something to keep in mind. The mice we believe have come back. Earlier this week I heard a scratching sound near the front corner of my bedroom. Come to find out, there's this small tunnel outside in the mulch that leads directly to the corner where the scratching sound came from. You can forget about management(pest control specifically) helping you out. They just put traps outside and tell you to have a good day. The garbage situation is ongoing, the Fairfax County Health Department has been called twice. We have witnessed actual illegal dumping and dumping from non residents driving in and dumping stuff off, or pickers going through the garbage in broad daylight. We now have an abandoned vehicle sitting out front of the building, one flat spare tire on it and another tire going flat. It's been there over a week. People consistently abuse the handicap parking spots and even park in the areas that are clearly marked as no parking. Newest problem is the neighbor lighting up weed and the smell is heavy enough to stay in the bottom stairwell, and comes through the vent in the bathroom. We have to put a towel down by the door to keep out any odors or critters crawling through, which happens often (the doors have no threshold). read more

we moved in on 28th July 2018. they said apartment is fully renovated but there are no nets to the windows or main sliding door in the balcony. when we complained about this they said they will let the vendor know and will get this fixed in a week. after that i have called in about 10 times in these 25 days and they started saying that they are waiting for parts and not sure when they will get them. there are lots of mosquitoes, flies and wasps in the park and even if i open my kitchen window for few minutes while cooking i see 10s and 100s of these coming in and i have hard time risking health. i spoke to JBY and was told Property manager Keyona is on leave for a week and i can do nothing than waiting till vendor fixes it ( No ETA). after some time had a word with Asst. Manager and was told the same. the way leasing office persons speak are rude. they say me not to open windows at all. there is a park but that is full of mosquitoes and wasps. pathetic place and pathetic support from leasing office. i strictly recommend to check some other place. read more

My fiancée and I made a VERY quick move to the area a year ago after he accepted a job offer. We chose Arrowwood Parc because they had a great deal running at the time and were the most affordable complex within range of the metro. The apartment itself is relatively nice and has newer features; like granite countertops and hardwood floors in certain areas. The bathroom is also nice. Our only complaints were the complete lack of care by maintenance staff, the few issues we experienced within the apartment home and the time it took to resolve them, as well as the fact that there's only ONE dumpster in the entire complex (taking your trash out is a nightmare). Things were also breaking throughout our stay here; towel racks, toilet paper holders, microwave handles, blinds, all fell off and/or broke and were ignored by maintenance staff when they would come in to fix other things. The staff here has completely changed since we moved in a year ago, and very much so for the better. We did not renew our lease as we relocated again, but overall, Lerner Arrowwood Parc is worth checking out and giving a chance. I moved in 4 days ago, and have sent 4 maintenance requests to get my AC fixed. The first time they came and did not enter. The second request I called and gave them permission to enter via the online form. The third time I did the same online form and called. They came and did not enter. I had to call back and tell them again they had permission to enter. Today they came and told me I have to wait until tomorrow for my apartment to not be 80. This is in addition to not having my keys ready for my move in, not giving me a fob, not giving me a pool pass, not telling me how to get a resident ID. This is by far the worst move in experience I have ever had. read more

I've been living here for 4 years and this has been the worst leasing experience. Office management is always changing, nothing is ever handled with care, you are basically dismissed or told to find somewhere else to live. If you want to pay $1600 and up to live in Vienna or fairfax, find somewhere else because Lerner Management is useless and you'll have a lot of issues here. Newest issue, is a mice infestation!!!! One Neighbhor showed me 3 mice on live videos of being here less than a year and how the office is doing nothing about it, other than sending pest control. The entire building has this issue (2546) to be exact, but heard from other residents they have had the same issue. This is disgusting and is a health code issue, especially when you have 3-4 roaming your apartment kitchen at night. I have also heard that one of the other buildings has a young girl feeding the mice as "little" friends for her. The office was made aware of this as well. I have yet to have a mice issue, but I presume it's due to the fact that I have two dogs who will surely keep them away, but I know of residents who have dogs and still have mice, so who knows. Either way, I am on the bottom floor, which surprises me. If someone is not living clean and causing this issue, that needs to be addressed...if it's just a building issue with how the dwellings are, then that needs to be fixed. I am going to raise hell until the residents are treated with respect and care. read more

I never lived in a place that customer service is so bad. The employees are rude with no manners. The management decisions made are for the benefit of the company only. They do not care if the tenants are comfortable and they do not address complaints at all. Maintenance is bad quality and they use cheap quality material. There is always something broken and even if fixed, it is fixed temporarily. Buildings are noisy you can hear your neighbors vacuum, talk and walk. Arrowood Parc has been a wonderful experience, right from the first interaction with the community until our last day. The management team has been great and was helpful in ways we had never expected. I was really skeptical about moving in a new community where none of my friends had ever lived - the apartment was fully renovated and was as if I was moving into a brand new place. The location can't be better if you're working around in the Tyson's corner area. Our moving out of Arrowood Parc was based on some personal and unavoidable reasons else I would have never thought to leave this community. The only living being i ever came across in my apt was an insect that crawled in while i left the balcony door open - otherwise, everything was perfect and the many rumors baseless. I have lived here for more than two years and it is perfect for me. The complex is within walking distance to everything in Vienna. I can walk everywhere and pretty much at any time: shopping, metro AND libraries (both in Vienna and Oakton). The staff in the office is great! The maintenance people are quick, efficient and very kind and courteous! The grounds are lovely. My neighbors in the complex are nice and I always feel safe. I lived here several years - approx 10. Apartment flooded several times, not once did they ever replace the carpeting, yet when I went to move out they said I owed 250 for carpet cleaning. Incredulously I asked why, they said that there is a clause in the lease that when a resident moves out they must pay 250 for carpet cleaning! They snuck this into a multi page lease renewal, without highlighting it -very bad faith. The initial "Happy anniversary" lease renewal with the new monthly rent rate never mentions these new provisions they sneak in....Talk about lack of transparency and unfair practices. The company they use to bill for water uses a supposed mathematical formula called RUBS. This is a fraud, as the water bill you pay ends up invariably being the max 40 dollars a month even for a single person living in a 1 bedroom apt. This is WAY higher than what a homeowner pays for their water bill to the county for a full single family house each month. This is just another way they squeeze more money out of you and get more rent. They make you drive your trash to the dumpster which is overflowing with garbage in front of it because people dont know how to open the dumpster with the pin code. you have to climb a mountain of garbage. Plus your utility- electric bill will be sky high in summer as they have the most inefficient a/c units, or cheap replacements. rental office will claim its because your apt faces south and gets a lot of sun. Electric bills in summer will be close to 175 a month just for a/c. Parking near your own building is often limited so you have to park all the way at the back of the complex carrying your groceries. And a building of 12 apartment units will have 1 washing machine and dryer for the whole unit. so you have to have luck to find a time the machine isn't in use and they have the machines changed periodically to require more quarters- i dont think the machines were ever replaced, just the coin dispenser part of the machine. read more

Six month review on two inquiries. Lerner Management. Highly restrictive, low income, multiple floor plans, 1 mile to metro (Vienna), close to grocery store and high traffic gas station, next to large high school and daycare, high traffic area during school, dangerous intersection, fronts a high traffic four lane road on weekdays. Metro bus stops both ways (M) and Fairfax Connector stops. Rent average for area, month to month option after one year at increased rate. Units are aging with efforts to "update" them, it appears this occurs when a unit is vacant. We were shown several floor plans. The office serves as the 'model' but did not reflect anything we were shown. In two buildings the stairwell-atriums had strong offensive odors or cigarette smoke, marijuana and possibly animal urine, although we were advised that these areas are cleaned every morning. We noticed the door to the apartments have no threshold and could easily allow in bugs through 1/2 inch gap. Walls and ceilings are thin, we could easily hear loud music from the adjoining unit and people walking upstairs. Sliding glass doors and screen doors did not lock. Bathroom ceiling light was missing a seal / collar, noticed odor coming from the opening. New washer / drier units are being installed in former closet space, in one we found the floor where the washer sits to be wet and the odor of mildew was present. On the last visit we were informed that no bikes could be kept on the patios (basically nothing but the present furniture) , and that they must be kept in storage rooms. There are no rooms marked as such, each level has what appears to be an unsecured maintenance room (some with coin op washer/dryer), but no space for secure storage. Telecommunications closets were unlocked (and some open) which could be easily tampered with. Exterior appearance is fair where front lawn and some of the building are concerned, while vehicle maintenance is prohibited, this was visibly noted on both visits. The complex advertises a 'recycling center' that we found to be an overflowing garbage waste area, recycling containers being used for household garbage and open trash outside the area. We noted this seems to be an ongoing issue per review sites. Pool is small and one time was crowded with children. Gym is small. Personal overview: This is not the worst complex we've reviewed in the area, but does have it's share of classic issues with maintenance; some restrictions are puzzling in light of their ongoing garbage issue. Fairfax County Health Department has reported several calls on this issue alone, however they can only citation in the event of garbage that draws rats, etc. On our first visit we noticed a number of school buses driving through the complex which seemed a little unusual compared to to other complexes. We noticed an in-complex traffic safety issue and increased noise level. Overall this is not the best for your money on a one year lease, but is close to mass transportation and other amenities. Detailed and close inspection is highly recommended before any decision. read more

I have to say I found these other reviews to be fairly shocking. Granted, I haven't been here that long, but I've found the staff to be polite and friendly. I don't know the real history, but I would have to believe there's been a significant change from how things apparently used to be. The trash problem that others mentioned seems to be under control from what I've seen. I looked at several apartments before choosing Arrowood and I don't regret my decision. They've done a nice job with the landscaping and in the times I've requested maintenance it was taken care of within a day or two. I 'have been living in Arrowood Parc for 8 Years, this community is my home. Tysons Mall, Schools and Metro are close by. The manager J.P and the crew are responsive and amazing for their genuine care in handling residents inquiries and in a timely manner. If you are considering moving to this area we suggest you look elsewhere. There are huge security issues that the management will not address. Front and rear doors of the building we live in are not secure. Locks are not working. (For months)Young men hang out in the stair wells in nearly every building. When asked if they live in the complex they get nasty, it is a threatening environment. When the weather is good there are people that just hang out in the common areas drinking, singing, talking loudly. This goes on until the early hours of the morning. As a woman I do not feel safe here and would not recommend living here. Hired maintenance staff enter your apartment anytime without notice. The invasion of personal space and security are the largest complaints we have here, by the people that hang around at night and by people who enter your apartment. Personal items are moved, missing and they track in mud. Mud is another is another issue here. When we rented it did not seem to be a problem but it is everywhere. There is very little grass, huge areas are completely bare, and water puddles when it rains. The rusty colored mud is everywhere and is tracked inside the building. We will be leaving at the end of our lease. The management staff is highly ineffective. The manager makes excuses and is constantly blaming maintenance staff for her inability to resolve these important problems. The tenants are treated with zero respect. Never timely informed of upcoming maintenance. Once the lease is signed you have become nothing but a problem to her. Any suggestions, needed repairs or security concerns are treated with absolute disrespect or are simply not addressed or resolved. Very unprofessional. Lerner Management needs to rethink how to address these issues. Hire security that could patrol the complex, three day notice of repairs unless its an emergency and hire staff that is respectful and effective to tenant's complaints. read more

The only way to post was to give it a star, BULLSHIT. PLEASE read Danny's review. Newly renovated yes, new kitchen and bath and washer dryer but now there isn't a coat closet/ small storage, good idea on appliances, horrible thought on it's design. Horrible place, I have been here for 8 yrs. too long, I have seen 7 mgrs and the present maint. mgr. is horrible in all facets, that's horrible, what does that say about the people they hire. The place has become a Spanish Harlem. 8 yrs ago there were 8 maybe 10 kids at the bus stop, now they fill up a bus and a half, it looks like a field trip is about to commence. As of today the mgr . passed out a flyer (remove all welcome mats or we will remove them for you. The halls look plain, no warmth or personalization. If you want a mat put it inside, WTF where did you grow up that mats were inside, a WELCOME mat was outside as far as I know. Work trucks with ladders and scaffolding all over, buses, scooters everywhere. The common grounds grill area hosts in the spring, summer 15-20 adults around on picnic bench watching 30 kids play soccer and the grass has become dirt. Kids play on the tennis court riding their bikes, playing soccer' swinging on the net, people letting their dogs run around on the court. Mattresses being carried from apt. to apt. in the middle of the night. Everything else is spot on. read more

This was the worst place I have ever had the misfortune of living in, avoid it at all possible costs!!!! If it were possible I would give them no stars at all. The roaches were a problem from day one and were never taken care of, no matter how many times you called. When the 'exterminators' letter was put on the door, with a long list of instructions of packing the kitchen and bathroom, they never even bothered to show up. The dumpster was continually overflowing with no place to put your trash and no doubt part of the constant roach problem. The security door for access to the building never worked. Twice maintenance left my door unlocked, once it was actually propped open!!! This combined with no building access security made me feel very unsafe. When management was called about both incidents their response was "We are not responsible for our contractors". Then there were bedbugs, it took a month for management to schedule the exterminators, my first two calls were completely ignored. I was unable to even sleep in my apartment it was so bad, again management was nonchalant and unresponsive. I had to basically tear apart my entire place, all the laundry had to be washed - this was a HUGE ordeal because the washer and dryer in the basement worked once in the entire year that I lived there. When management was yet again informed of the problem they were completely useless stating that the washer and dryer maintenance was not their responsibility. (there was a service company listed, but no matter how many calls were made, they never were fixed) When the exterminators came for the bedbug treatment (finally) there were 2 treatments done two-weeks apart, I followed all instructions including purchasing $175 worth of mattress pad covers. It was completely ineffective - the first night I returned I was bitten 16 times. I called management again, to inform them it hadn't worked and asked if they were treating the other apartments around me. No response. I never slept there again, I turned in my notice the next day. When I moved out I had to throw away many of my belongs because the bed bug problem was unsuccessfully treated (mattresses, soft chairs, sofa, any wicker items, baskets, vacuum cleaner, pillows that were not able to be washed, picture frames, basically anywhere they could hide, which is pretty much everywhere!) Again, when management was made aware of the vast amount of difficulty they put me through they side-stepped any and all responsibility. The final straw was while I was packing there was a mouse problem beginning to develop! It just kept getting worse, again I informed the office, absolutely nothing was done to see this issue addressed. Then as the crowning blow on my move out date they refused to waive the carpet cleaning fee ($60.00) as I asked as some kind of compensation for how horrible a living experience their property had been. They refused, so I refused to pay it. The good news is that I felt absolutely honor bound to report them and their many infractions to the Housing and Health department, hopefully they will get something done to help the poor people there who have no where else to go. read more
