This is a long review - synopsis - I dealt with unprofessionalism, rudeness, sexism, and worst of all SAFTEY issues with this company. Please take the time to read before hiring this company. I hired Red Oak, which recently merged with Leros Point, for my wedding. I met with Nicole to purchase a 19 passenger limo bus. I reached out to Nicole via email 3 weeks prior to my wedding to go over the details of pick up, time line, and to make sure we were on the same page. I did not hear from her for a few days, so I called the receptionist to see if she could get me in contact with her and to also let her know that I had an urgent matter to speak to her about. I needed to purchase a 2nd means of transportation for me and my Dad to arrive to the church alone. I realized (overwhelmed bride.) that I did not properly set this up. It took her until the 29th to respond to my email, within that time I found another means of transportation. The company lost out on business with this interaction. If they are too overwhelmed with work, they should hire other employees. I do not think it is professional to get back to a customer 6 days later. A man named Leslie was hired to drive our party from various locations. He picked up the groomsmen and I was told that he was a terrible driver. Once he picked up my bridal party, I was in the car behind them watching them. I could see that he was stopping short, unable to switch lanes properly and a stop and go driver. Once I got into the bus I realized just how bad it was. This man stopped short at any opportunity he got, didn't need to be a light or a stop sign. He stopped so short that he sent half of my bridal party down straight to the ground - it dropped all of our food and drinks off of the chairs on the side right onto the ground. He was by far the worst driver I have ever been with. I have personal videos of this. The safety from this driver was non-existent. Truly awful. I want to also note that we had 19 passengers for our party, and we were not able to sit comfortably on the bus. Leslie refused to take any type of command or direction from me. He said of many times he will only "talk to the man," which is completely sexist and inappropriate. The transaction was on MY card. He was not only a hazard on the road but he made me personally feel uncomfortable on my wedding day. I reached out to the company for my sincere concerns about the safety and unprofessionalism of the company. I was immediately contacted by the Vice President of Safety, Denise. She assured me we'd find a resolution. She said she would look at all of the footage and speak with her employees, and we agreed to speak after my honeymoon. When I got back, I sent her an email to confirm we would speak on that Fri. as we had agreed. I did not hear back from her, so I contacted her on that Mon.- she said she was busy with the storm and I understood. When we spoke on the phone, I saw her demeanor changed. She kept repeating that the GPS didn't show him stopping short. I was a human that was on the bus, not a computer. There is 0 reason for me to make this up. She got me in touch with the President, Eric. He called me shortly after, and he told me he took this very serious and would get back in touch with me on Wed. Wed.came and went, and I reached out to Denise on the Fri.to ask when I could speak to him again. It is now Mon.and I did not hear from him. read more

I have taken numerous black car taxis to and from, in and out, and across the boroughs, none have ever been as kind and helpful as our driver Khaled. He was early, warm, generous, and as friendly and professional as you can imagine. This review is for him as much as it is for Leros. We had many oversized pieces of luggage and two car seats and he was gracious enough to put in the car seats and load and reload our bags until they were neatly arranged and secured in the car all while providing the nicest customer service to me and my family. He was a gentleman and we arrived at LGa and he made sure we were seen and assisted by Delta before he left. I hope he reads this and knows how wonderful he was to our family. read more

Donovan was great! We had a large party but he made sure everyone was safe and comfortable. We had some minor delays and he did a better job of communicating than the airline. Both of our drivers we great but the ride home had a higher difficulty level and Donovan went above and beyond. I am the travel coordinator for my office and working with Lero's allows me to stress about other things - not whether or not my staff will get to/from the airport safely and without issues. Lero's dispatch and drivers are constantly tracking flights and monitoring delays. This really alleviates stress (especially on weekends when I might not be available to assist) from myself and the traveler. In other cases where we've had last minute flight changes, Lero's is well-staffed enough to handle our requests. Yes this service does cost a bit more than a cab, but you get what you pay for. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I booked this company to provide a shuttle for my wedding. The day before the wedding we confirmed pick up time and location. The shuttle driver was 45 minutes late to the pick up location causing my entire wedding to be delayed by 30 minutes. When I reported this and requested a refund they gave me $250 back on a $1650 charge. I will never use them again and neither should you! read more

Leros had been recommended on Facebook so I booked it online from Berlin to Newark at the last moment. They immediately responded and asked where I wanted to meet. We arrived 30 minutes early but our driver had kept an eye on the flights. He texted us to say he was there and where to find him. He was very nice and polite. BRIDE BEWARE I have tried to contact this company 3 times via the telephone. After seeing their buses in my neighborhood, transporting Pepsi employees in nice clean vehicles, I thought this would be a great company to use for my sons wedding. If you listen to their answering machine it asks you if your looking for your driver, press a certain button.There are no prompts if your looking for your busses!!!! Leros is contacted by my company and generally we have had good and dependable service. However, I'm reviewing for fairness an experience on Nov 1, which interestingly happens to be the only time I'm which I did not receive a request to complete a survey of experience. I arrived to NY La Guardia (LGA) at 6.30 pm and was completely exhausted after a week of high fever, cough (non-COVID respiratory viral infection confirmed, as I'm a physician with access to testing). It was the beginning of cold and rainy season in NY and outside temperatures were below freezing. The driver, Muhammed, contacted me as usual via text and I responded as per usual that I'd pick up my baggage and meet him curbside outside of baggage claim. This is when the drama began. He asked me to meet him in the outside parking garage at LGA, which when I questioned he explained was necessary because "NY police have changed their rules at LGA and they will not let me pick up curbside near baggage claim." There were many drivers pulled up at curbside and inside baggage claim, so I let him know I was ill and asked if he could meet me there. When he insisted that he could not because of restrictions, I immediately agreed and went outside to parking garage pickup area K. Again, freezing sleet outside and open garage, so very cold. After waiting there 15 minutes and seeing several drivers come and go, unable to locate his license plate there I called again. For the next 40 minutes, every 5-10 minutes I called him and he kept stating that he "accidentally locked his keys in the vehicle" and "police are helping him get in". After 3 of these excuses, each time telling me he was "just 5 minutes away" or "nearly there", I finally confronted him and stated the obvious: "None of these excuses makes sense and it is now 45 minutes. If you are not really on the ramp heading up the parking garage, I think this is very dishonest and I want an honest answer. If you are not here, I am catching an Uber ride." Throughout this time, I called the management and left a voicemail detailing what was transpiring, called another shuttle service offered by a fellow traveler who was being picked up, and almost took an Uber. When I gave the ultimatum and also had my admin involved, the dispatch was notified and managed to locate another driver who happened to have completed a drop-off and he was very professional in completing the ride. After this incident, my admin attempted a few emails to Leros management without response, then multiple phone calls and ultimately we escalated the tone of the emails including threatening to notify our management such that the corporate contract might be affected, until we received a response just last week (over 1 month later) from an administrator for Leros. That person has just credited the ride. (Note: until then, we were charged full cost without any response on the unprofessional behavior of their driver). We shall see how seriously management takes dishonesty on the part of employees. Multiple drivers have since picked me up at LGA curbside and also confirmed to me that there is no means to "lock keys in vehicle" with Leros shuttles. read more
