Don't waste your time reserving with Leros!!! I made a reservation on Monday for service on Saturday and received an email with a heading that says "Trip Confirmation" and Status: Active. I then called on Thursday morning to reconfirm all was good for Saturday and got a verbal confirmation from a representative who reconfirmed the round trip service. I then get a call Thursday evening saying that they cannot accommodate my reservation and get a bunch of their excuses!!! Absolutely not acceptable!!!!! DON'T call your customer less then 48hrs from reservation and tell them there is nothing you can do...if you are going to cancel my reservation then do so when you receive it. Or better yet, if you are going to tell me you have had no vans for weeks then don't let customers make a reservation online and reserve a vehicle that you CLAIM YOU DON"T HAVE AVAILABLE!! We use car services regularly for work and personal....thought I would try Leros this time for future use...I'm guessing they don't need new customers because this experience made me definitely think twice about trying them ever again. I would not recommend them...look elsewhere for your car service!! read more

Miguel was great. I chose curbside pickup. I had a text from Miguel waiting for me when the plane landed providing his license plate number, and I told him I would text him when I had my bag. I texted him again when I was at the curbside and he replied that he was approaching me in the line of traffic. I jumped in and off we went - very easy. Miguel was very professional. A premium car service that I can depend on. My company pays for it so I don't know how much it cost, but I hear it's the prices are lower than competitors, like empire CLS or Boston coach. The drivers are professionals, I've been using them for 20 years, never had a problem. When you're inside you feel like this is a car service that millionaires use, it feels premium. Even the face mask that they have for you in the car, looks premium, the material. They don't have Cadillac Escalade nor do they have a Mercedes-Benz, unlike Empire CLS or Boston coach, but I think they're fire! read more

Traveling from LaGuardia. Worst experience ever. The driver was rude and would not add me to a reservation at the last minute even though several of my coworkers were going to same location. It seems like they were trying to squeeze money even though we have been long time customers. I was embarrassed and stressed. Flight delays caused the original car service to be cancelled. They were not accommodating and I was hung up 3 times by the dispatcher. I finally gave up caught an Uber Update : called the manager several times. Never reached him and never got called back. Even before booking with Leros PtP their service over the phone was great. Ask for Alekx Guzman, she knows what she's doing! I sent her our itinerary and she called back suggesting a different plan and was able to fit in more vineyards. We would of just drove around the whole time if she didn't take the small extra effort to call me. Leros is at a perfect price point and have tremendous value as I searched through 5 other limo services. Our driver, Claudio, was on time and awesome! We had a 23 passenger bus and we left NYC with one pick-up in Goshen. We then headed off to the Shawangunk Wine Trail. One vineyard had specific directions on parking for the bus and since I forwarded the directions prior Claudio knew exactly where to park and did so perfectly. He didn't rush us and was kind enough to accept our invitation to join us for lunch at one of the vineyards. I kept the group moving and didn't hold Claudio responsible for our timing, he was just the driver; and amazing at that. On our way home he was awesome as he used Waze to avoid all traffic and get us home on time! I would absolutely use Leros again and strongly suggest it to others. On time and professional... I used Leros Point-to-Point for a recent business trip to White Plains. Booking was relatively easy by phone. Communication was good with confirmatory emails sent upon booking and then one day before the trip. Pick-up from the airport (LGA) was a little tricky because I had trouble finding the car. Some renovations at the terminal made it difficult for the driver to pick me up inside. It turns out the "curb" pick-up was more complicated and my driver had a little difficulty describing where he was. The ride was smooth and safe. The cars were clean and comfortable. On the way back, pick-up at the hotel was easier. Overall, pretty efficient service. read more

Had a great experience with Leros for our wedding. Rented two 23 passenger vehicles and they were cheaper than most other rental companies and well maintained/nice buses. Leros was generally responsive other than some issues my wedding coordinator had getting in contact a couple weeks before the wedding but would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find out a few years ago about their buses and vans, we booked them for a wine tour, and they handle two special events for us. Leros even provided a greeter at the airport for our guests. I have learned throughout the years talking to many different chauffeurs that they all go through strict background checks and training. This past Sunday was my son's wedding. We had a lot of out of town guests staying all over NY. Alekx at Leros Limos helped and guided me towards the most efficient and cost effective options. She spent countless hours with me in the phone, fine tuning everything. And when I called her in a panic last minute because the bride had to be picked up from another location because the hotel had messed up her reservation ( note: do NOT stay at the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham in Fishkill) , she calmly and efficiently took care of rearranging the pick up. Our shuttle driver Ashley was amazing!!! She went above and beyond, helping me coordinate with the SEDAN and bus drivers. She kept on top of which vehicle went where. She was incredibly helpful!!! I work for a International company and we have offices in NY, where one of our executives traveled to from San Diego. Our NY office used Leros often and recommended their services when we scheduled transportation for our executive. Shockingly enough, not only did the driver not show up to pick up our executive, but Leros refused to refund the money to our company credit card. Even before they admitted they were not going to refund the charges for services not rendered, our offices had made 5 phone calls, been passed to three different individuals, and submitted two email comments regarding the issue in an attempt to get someone to respond to us. I am shocked that someone is able to say they had excellent service from them consistently for any period of time, but they obviously did not have an instance where there was an issue, because then they would find out that the company has no integrity, honor or committment to their clients. I would not take a chance on a company such as this. read more

Scam. These guys charge $35+ dollars in tolls for a one way Westchester to EWR. GWB only charges one way! Without EZpass and assuming they leave EWR empty, tolls would be around $20 round trip. $15 on GWB eastbound and around $2.75 each way on the turnpike. Christ, you can throw in $5 each way on the Henry Hudson and your still at $30. I know for a fact they never leave EWR empty, so they double dip in their scam and get around $70 total in fake tolls. Plus, they have EZpass which is another significant discount. read more

We hired Leros for our wedding transportation including a 23 passanger van for us and our wedding party and a sedan for my Aunt and her family. Before the wedding the customer service was amazing, always responsive to email and phone calls; they helped when changes had to be made without issue and were transparent about all cost changes. The day of the communication continued with texts of who the drivers would be and where they were. The drivers were on time, friendly and amazing (our bus driver backed into my parents driveway with little room to spare). Highly recommend! read more

I just used Leros for my wedding this past weekend and am so glad I did. They provided cars for me and my parents as well as a shuttle service for my guests. I can't say enough. They upgraded my parents to an SUV at the last minute because of bad weather, the shuttle driver accommodated more (very rowdy) people than he should have. No complaints. And what is even better is every experience was so pleasant. Lauren was a doll, even coming in sick to make sure everything was set. On time pick up, curteous staff. On return the driver met us at the exit of the baggage claim with a clearly marked sign. Competitively priced, rates include all taxes, tips, and tolls. They don't call to confirm your ride the day before, but was easily reachable when I called them. They also have a website for easy on line reservations. Would definitely use again. read more

We used Leros to provide transport from Manhattan to our wedding at the New York Botanical Garden in Sept 2021. The vehicles were spotless and the drivers were very professional and on time. Our main issue was working with the central office of Leros. We specifically worked with Kelsey from Leros. During the booking, Kelsey was communicative and responsive. However, Leros/Kelsey never shared that our 22 person vehicle would be subject to commercial vehicle restrictions which significantly impacted our travel timeline and delayed our arrival for photos at the NYBG (i.e., the vehicle drove on entirely local roads from midtown Manhattan to the Bronx rather than the FDR or West Side Highway). While knowing this valuable information wouldn't have necessarily caused us to not book the service, we may have changed our timeline or used smaller vehicles. Moreover, when we tried to call Leros after the event to verbally share this feedback for future reference (we did not expect a refund) no one ever called us back and Kelsey was always "on the phone" calling into question their customer service. Finally, Leros would not share whether their drivers were vaccinated indicating that this was subject to HIPAA, which is not correct. Given the current concerns around Covid-19 and the requirements in NYC for many venues and other spaces, I would expect more flexibility and transparency. read more
