By far the best ice cream place in the valley!!!The ice cream is delicious: it's Clover Leaf Creamery from Buhl - only a couple hours away so it's local. The chocolate peanut butter and raspberry truffle are delicious! The customer service is amazing, super friendly and helpful. Leroy's is located in the Ketchum town square which is a perfect place to hang out. They also donate their profits to local schools. On a hot day, Leroy's ice cream really hits the spot! It's hard to walk by and not be tempted to grab a scoop or two. The scoop I received looked a little sad, but the ice cream itself was very good. I would recommend trying the fresh squeezed lemonade--it was SO refreshing! read more

Pretty disappointed. It's the only place open late and had a long line so I figured this place was worth a visit. Line moved pretty slow. I ordered a single scoop of cookies n cream. I ended up getting 3/4 scoop of vanilla with maybe a quarter of an Oreo in it. When it came time to pay, a 50¢ surcharge was added for no apparent reason. read more

Walked 15 minutes arrived at 9:25 Two girls talking in the back stated that they were closed. While we were there , 6 more customers walked up and were refused service even though the hours stated on yelp open till 10:00. All they had to do was scoop some ice cream and in 5-10 minutes everyone would have been satisfied. We asked if they would serve any one and they proceeded to close up on customers. Great ice cream in a cute little hut in the middle of Ketchum. Great flavors and very nice staff. She even stayed open a few extra minutes for the rest of our group. Every since they replaced local artisan Toni's with some generic Breyer's brand it's not at all worth it. They really should bring Toni's back. Every cute town has a cute little ice shop and Sun Valley/Ketchum is no exception. I believe the local Toni's Ice cream* supplies Leroy's with their ice cream and it's delicious. I do wish they had more frozen yogurt flavors (just vanilla), but then again vacations are all about splurging on treats like ice cream. I splurged on a cup of butter pecan, which you can never go wrong with. So good! And my husband seemed just as pleased with his cup of mint chip. Leroy's is an outside shop right in the heart of Ketchum so we sat on a nearby bench and enjoyed the night that was just as lovely as our ice cream. It can sometimes get a bit chilly during summer nights in Sun Valley so in that case we likely would have taken our ice cream to go, but nice to eat outside when possible. Came here on vacation for a fun night with my friends. Ice cream was good, however the 14 year olds (?) that served me were incredibly rude and impatient, as they were cleaning up at 9 o'clock when the stand closes at 10 making us seem like an inconvenience. When I got to the front, the server did not great us in any way and said "ok what did you want" and proceeded to give me a scoop of ice cream of about 4 tablespoons which I had to pay $3.50 for. Proceeded to spray windex on the windows of open ice cream containers and dropped my $20 bill in the tub of ice cream and said "oh it's okay". Was very off out by the experience in general. This is such a cute little ice cream joint right in the middle of town! They offer at least a dozen different flavors from a local dairy, Cloverleaf Creamery. The ice cream itself is high quality, creamy, and overall delicious. I ordered the peach and huckleberry and they both had he perfect balance of creamy and sweet. The only downside to this place is the employees working both seemed to be very annoyed that to be working there. They seemed so disinterested in engaging with customers it was a little disappointing. read more
