At my attempt to do this on my own, I found this spot which had recently opened in the Havenwood Shopping Center. Pedicures started at a base of $37 (steep price imo) & if you want gel it's an addition $20 which is kind of outrageous but I guess that's the times that we are in. Now for the pedicure itself, the woman who did my feet was great. She really got into my feet and paid attention to detail. At one point she did go a little too deep when cleaning but when she noticed the discomfort she adjusted which I'm grateful. All in all I had a good experience but I paid $67 including tip. I never paid over $40 for a gel pedicure so I'm not 100% sure if I'll return a for this price point at this time. read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is an absolute disgrace. I paid $250 for two pedicures, and what we got was nothing short of a nightmare. The acrylic and color on my toes literally fell off in less than 24 hours. The work was so sloppy it looked like they didn't even care. My toes were throbbing in pain because they attacked them with the drill like they had no idea what they were doing. It was genuinely painful. My friend asked for gel--clear, simple instructions--and they still slapped acrylic on her toes. Not only did they ignore her request, but they were so rough that her toes were bleeding. BLEEDING. Our pedicures look horrible, rushed, and completely botched. Honestly, we both felt uncomfortable with how fast and careless they were moving. [[HIGHLIGHT]]As if the service wasn't bad enough, the customer service was even worse.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I reached out for a refund, they immediately denied it with zero accountability, zero apology, and a rude, dismissive attitude. I went in to get gel soak off and a basic manicure . I had to tell Maria to lower the speed of the drill because my nail beds were burning one and she nicked the sides of my fingers a couple times removing the gel . The older vietnamese women gave me paper thin eyebrows when i specifically asked for a cleanup and then when i got home i washed my face and realized she put a bald spot in my eyebrows and covered it up. This place is BULLSHIT. I called and spoke with the owner who told me to come back and when i got back he told me he'd give me $10 back which turns out he only gave me $8 back . I would NOT recommend going here. It is very deceiving, looks nice and up scale but nails DO NOT LAST! I live in the area so it's super convenient just to go there. But I've been there about 5 times to get a full acrylic set. Each time I had nails lifting next day or 2-3 days after getting it done. That is unacceptable. Another time he tried to use a little bit of acrylic to the point where while he was putting the acrylic on it was literally runny like water, I pointed this out to him because any other nail tech knows the bead should never be that watery. Came in for a simple upper lip wax...the lady who usually does it was occupied doing someone else's feet so the boss asked another young lady to serve me. Immediately I could tell she didn't know what she was doing...she had another lady standing over her watching her the whole time.
