Disappointed. I arrived on 5:52PM on Friday 8th, 2024 as a walk-in for a basic manicure and pedicure. Patiently waited 30 mins in and they told me to wait a little longer. I left at 7:32PM with none of the services performed. Sadly, I've been a loyal customer for LE'S NAILS for several years and this lack of honesty is enough to cut ties. TIP:Set an appointment ahead of time. It doesn't mean you'll be seen at that specific time either. So upon my second return i found the salon was under new management again. I did not recognize anyone from my last visit but everyone was friendly and welcoming. We were seated in pedi chairs immediately and offered complimentary drinks. The lady who did my pedi did a great job at the massage part but she didn't do a second coat on my toes so it looked as though it was already wearing off by the time i realized. It would be really great if they would have something more entertaining on the tv instead of a Holocaust program from 1970. It doesn't set the greatest relaxing mood. read more

I have been searching for a new nail place since my regular girl moved and is no longer "geographically desirable". I think I may have found my new place. The manager greeted me as soon as I walked in and was so friendly. I get dip polish and prefer to keep the color very natural. We found the perfect shade of pink and the finished product looks just like I got a "pink and white" instead of just a single color. Mai was so sweet and listened to exactly what I like. I explained I prefer to keep the thickness of the polish relatively natural. Dips tend to get thick on the nail and it's hard to pick things up. She rocked it! This was my first time here and I must say that I am totally impressed. I was greeted by the cheerful employees who were eager to get my hands and feet all the way together. I hadn't got a pedi in 3 weeks so I was a little embarrassed at the condition of my feet lol. I was seated in a spa chair and they got to work immediately. Pedicure by Lily - WOW she has the hands of a god. My pedicure here was one of the best experiences I have had thus far in Dallas. My cuticles were cut and cleaned to perfection. Even without polish, my toes looked 1000% better. THE FOOT MASSAGE was the highlight of my day. Make sure to book her! The service is slow and at times the finished product is inconsistent. The last time I went the polish was very thin. When I made mention of this when the final coat was on. The owner came to tell me I should've picked another color and now it's going to be an additional 20 min wait to change the color. Not a great experience at all. read more

They said hi to me told them would like a full set, was told to select my color and then waited to be seated which never was. One tech sat in a chair reading a magazine and the other took off, never was told I would be next or how long it would take, after 20 mins finally decided to get up and leave. Not helpful one bit. I was a bit hesitant to come here, since my manicurist is so amazing at Luxury Nail Spa. I was leaving Target and needed my nails done extremely bad...it was gruesome. Kim, the owner was extremely friendly and made my speedy nail time, pleasant. The price was great and the service was the same. She had done my nails very nicely, still doesn't beat my main man-manicurist, but again, for the price it was good. I decided to go back for another nail appointment and this time I had Julie, which she is absolutely amazing. Third times the charm?! Not so much, Kim had done my nails since Julie was a bit tied up at the moment and I wasn't pleased like before. Which is a total bummer, I was beginning to enjoy cheap, yet nice looking nails. I've been going to Le's nails for 16 years. I am very sensitive and very selective who works on me. Kim is very accommodating and makes sure I have a technician that understands my issues. I am a cry baby. LOL! Currently, I request, Ellen. She is very, very good. I moved from Carrollton to McKinney and tried some shops there. I was always disappointed and came back to Le's. I call ahead and make an appointment because the shop can become very busy. Scott does beautiful acrylic nails. They do great waxing, too. read more

Well as usual the owner of the place, don't know her name and after what happened today I really don't care, was combative. Anytime you try to tell her what you want, her answer is,"I am not there yet!" or "I know, I always do for you!" Well today was the day that I could NO longer keep quiet. When she put the oil on my nail and asked me to wash my hands, I looked down at my nails and I did NOT like the shape of them, so I politely asked her if she could please square them out just a tiny bit. When I say a tiny bit I mean it would have taken her 10 or less seconds per nail. He response was "it's too late". She told me that I had to wait until next time. I said okay and headed over to wash my hands. Half way there I thought, no, I am paying for this and I want her to fix them the way I want. So I head back to the table and ask her one more time to please fix them. I explained to her that everytime I try and tell her what I want, she rudely cuts me off and tells me she knows so I didn't say anything to her. Now I did ask her to leave my nails round the 1st time I came to her shop, but at this point this is my 4-5 time. I came in with them squared, I have gotten them squared the last few times I had been in there, so why did she make them rounder. She said, "I am done...I fixed the nail and you didn't like it so now you have to wait until next time to change it". I am like whoa whoa whoa whoa! I am paying for a service and tipping you WELL I might add (35%) and if you didn't know how I like my nails or are unsure of how I like my nails you should ask me or LISTEN to me when I talk to you about what I would like. So she pretty much REFUSED to fix my nails. I literally had to get the nail file MYSELF and fix it. I then ask her for a buffer. She says," what do you want!!" VERY RUDELY. I explained to her that I needed the buffer to soften the edges. Now we move on to the polish. She begins to polish my nails...in a dead silence. I was looking at my nails on the one hand as she polished the other hand. I noticed a small crack in my thumb nail, so I asked her, " is this a crack?" Again her responds is in a rude and snippy tone and she says," what do you want now?!?" I asked her again to please look at my nail to see if it's a crack. She says,"'you just asked me for a buffer now you want me to look to see if there is a crack?" Then I couldn't believe what she told me next!! She said," if it is a crack I am not going to fix it because I am already done with that step." My eyeballs almost popped out of my head when I heard her say that. I said what to you mean you won't fix it because you are already done with that step? I am sitting in your am chair to get a fill. If you would have looked at my nails closely while you were "doing that step" then you would have seen it and fixed it. I explained to her that I hadn't got up out of her chair or left the shop, so I should be able to get it at least looked at. So after all of that she STILL refused to look at it. I told her to please just finish polishing my nails so that I could get out of there ASAP!!! So as she starts on the other hand, I am looking up at the tv to try and clam down, but I happen to glance down at the hand she is currently working on and notice there is a big line scratched through the nail she just finished. So I pointed do to the nail with my other hand that was across the table (on my side) and showed her the nail. She has the odacity to tell me that I did it!!! I said are you crazy??!! You are holding my hand right now and just finished that nail, my other hand was NO WHERE NEAR THAR FINGER!!! She was sticking to her story. So at this point I had to file, buff, paint the ring finger on one hand with glitter polish, and then the last 2 fingers on my left hand. I CANNOT believe the crappy service I received and how she blatantly did not care. All she wanted was my money and to do a crappy job on my nails to get it.There were a few more things that happened but this is where I will end this story. I think enough has been said at this point. So I Told her that she needs to LISTEN to her clients wants and needs EVERYTIME!!! Don't cut them off...JUST LISTEN. When a client is paying YOU for a service just do as they ask and make them happy. So if you want to go to a place where you are treated crappy, they will NOT do what you ask, you have to do some of your own work if something needs fixed(which is a lot) then this lady that is a LIAR and THIEF is the one for you!! She doesn't care about you...she just wants your money! I look forward to getting out and having a nice time, but She successfully robbed me of all of that today. It stinks we have to go through all this for a manicure -we want done CORRECTLY. She refused to fix my nail...when I say refused I mean sat back in the chair, crossed her arms, leaned back and did NOTHING!!! Stopped here instead of my normal place for a quick pedi since my daycare tour down the road rescheduled me for later and I needed to waste some time. I am 33 weeks pregnant so ladies you know my feet are feeling it. Anyways this place was great. Everything was new and very clean. I went during their happy hour and got a good discount so I went ahead and got a manicure too. I was the only one in there but the techs talked to me the whole time and were very attentive. The pedicure was amazing and just what my poor feet needed. The manicure turned out great too even with my short nails. Great group of people working here and I will definitely be back. read more

Probably one of the worst nail salons I've EVER been to. Just horrible. The nail technicians were not very friendly it was kind of dirty & unkempt and my nail tech wasn't putting the excess nails, acrylic tips etc into the trash but she was putting them into a bottle with a bunch of other excess nails and tips....weird. And THEN when they finally got around to me because the wait was literally forever I only trusted them to do white nails and they even messed that up!!!! Literally so sloppy and then it chipped that SAME day. I get my nails done every week but my original place was booked so I went here because I was in a rush. Thank GOD this is not my only option for a nail salon or I would just opt to do my own nails and get the same outcome but at least I'd be spending no money. read more

Wow, never had such crappy service and terrible representation. The manager, Kim, has the worst attitude. After trying to explain to her why my swollen eyebrows and spotting of blood were not good service, she proceeded to give me an extremely bad attitude, telling me that she was done listening to me and that I shouldn't compare her bad service to other superior service. Then when I called to find out her name (I WILL be reporting her business to the state), she told me I didn't need to know her last name and hung up on me. What a stupid woman, childish and a bad representative for the very nice people she has working in there for her. Do NOT visit this place, save your money for someone who appreciates honest feedback.
