Let's start with the owner is a greedy person very greedy. He will make your appointment not tell you that he's not coming. You will show up. He'll recommend someone else and they're not even available to do your nails. He will waste your time. He will charge you extra they don't even have the prices on the available that are correct. They just have a + I do not recommend this place. They're scammers there after your money they're very disrespectful and considerate of your time. Do not give these people any of your money go find somebody that is truly local that you can give yourself and your money too. They will appreciate you. Rushed, Sloppy, and Disappointing. FIRSTLY: IF you see this employee doing your toes and it's NOT a basic 1 color polish on your toes ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO DO YOUR NAILS. TRUST ME. THIS IS THE SECOND BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HER. I asked for a simple white French tip on my toes -- nothing fancy, just clean and classic. What I got was a rushed, uneven mess. The lines are crooked, some of the white polish is covering half my nail, and instead of the usual curved French tip, she just painted straight lines across my nails like it was a race against the clock. I tried to voice my concerns during the appointment, but there was a language barrier, and unfortunately, they weren't really listening or making an effort to understand me. It felt like they just wanted to get me out of the chair as fast as possible. This was not worth the money at all. I left feeling frustrated, and now I either have to live with it or fix it myself. I was honestly debating whether to leave a review or not because I used to love this nail spa. It had been about four years since my last visit, so I was excited to come back and treat myself to a full set. Unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to what I remembered. I made an appointment but ended up waiting about 30 minutes past my scheduled time. I didn't mind too much since it seemed like they were busy and possibly short-staffed. When I was seated, Justin had me come over while he was still working on another client, which immediately made the experience feel rushed. The quality of the work reflected that--there was little to no shaping, acrylic was left clumped under my nails and on my skin, and the overall finish just felt sloppy. What really stood out was the lack of basic finishing touches. There was no lotion or cuticle oil, and before my nails were even fully set, he stood up and went to the register while my hands were still under the light. Maybe I just came in on an off day, but this visit was really disappointing compared to the great experiences I had here in the past. read more

First of all I wish you could get 0 stars because of how bad it was. First I asked for a pastel pink and got baby pink. And my nails were so crooked I got my nails done on May 13th and my right middle finger fell off immediately yesterday May 14th. Today May 15th my right thumb and right pinky fell off. Also the dude that was doing my moms and my sisters nails he was flirting with them. He trimmed my cuticles and cut me which didn't bother me too much until I started bleeding so bad that it made my water slightly red from the blood. Prices are comparable to most salons in the area and I love the attention to detail he puts in. While I don't usually write reviews, I had just gotten a pedicure and am not happy at all with the quality of service. While the nail tech was very nice, my service was completely rushed and steps were skipped. I decided to get the deluxe pedicure with gel. My cuticle was not even pushed back. I have dried skin all around my toes still. As they had scrub all over my foot as they were completing the nail maintenance and cuticle care. I am not sure how you could even tell how my nails looked with scrub all over it. My gel was applied messily and is lumpy and thick. My nails were trimmed rounded and now I'm sure I'll have an in grown. I did notice a gal getting her nails done next to me and she seemed to get great service, and looked like she got a proper pedicure. I am not sure if they were just rushing, but for a $66 pedicure, I was better off just doing it at home. Maybe I should've spoken up but I didn't as I don't want to be rude. This use to be my favorite salon and use to be a regular. I recently moved back and thought to come back here. The salon is updated and looks great but the service seems to have downgraded. HEADS-UP THIS REVIEW IS QUITE LONG BUT I FELT THE NEED TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL WHY I AM GIVING IT ONE STAR. I have been here two times in the last couple of months. Both times I got a "Royal Pedicure." I had the same girl both times. The first time she overfilled the tub and the water went EVERYWHERE! She was very sweet, but seemed to not know what she was doing, I assumed she was new. After I left, my feet and legs felt very very slimy which was quite uncomfortable. The gel polish started peeling off literally two days after I got the pedicure. I was told that I could go back in and they'd fix it so I went back and they were very rude about it so I just left. The second time I went in I had the same girl. I felt like giving her the benefit of the doubt and assumed she had some more training and would do better. She nearly overfilled the tub yet again, it would've spilled over if I hadn't said anything. And again while she was doing my nails I still felt that she had no idea what she was doing. I went to Le Nails for over 4 years. I started with Tracy as my nail tech and then Queen and then the owner Justin. I always loved the work they did, but unfortunately since they have opened another business the quality of service has gone down hill. For me the last straw was making an appointment with Justin for Saturday and he had and emergency so it was rescheduled for Wednesday. I left work early to get to the appointment on time with Justin, sat for 30 minutes and was then given to someone that was new to doing nail. Over an hour later Justin finished the client he was working on and finished painting my nails. I contacted Justin about the acrylic under my nails and within 2 days the nails were lifting. Justin did not return my texts or calls. I don't expect a lot, but I'm a loyal customer and if I make an appointment with Justin I expect to have Justin do my nails. If there is a scheduling issue I expect them to have the courtesy to explain that and also if my nails are done poorly, I expect them to return my call or text. read more

I called today to schedule a pedicure. The gentleman on the phone told me I could come in at 4. I told him ok and I asked him if he needed my name. That's when he took my name. I should have known then that this experience would be bad. I went in and was asked to wait. So I waited. Two other ladies came in after me. One went back immediately and the other one was acknowledged that they would be right with them. No one told me that it would be a little longer - I was treated as if I wasn't there. I am not one to ever post reviews on anything but I have to admit, this place deserves it! I randomly found this salon through social media & I'm so glad I did! I had an appointment schedule at 2pm on a Saturday, only had to wait about 10-15 mins to get sat down. Which is totally fine considering how busy this place is. I got a full set done by Justin & let me tell you, WORTH EVERY PENNY! He took off my old nails & I had two that wouldn't come off & instead of forcing them off (like my previous nail tech would do) he soaked them off then filed them. I'm also 9 months pregnant & he made sure that once my nails were done soaking, he got the acetone off the table so I wouldn't have to smell it. He did exactly what I wanted with my nails, color wise, shape wise, design wise. I will definitely be back, so glad I found a reliable nail tech in Nampa! 10/10 would recommend. read more

I have been in going on 6 x for fills. Mediocre job but was close to home. I left today without getting my fill by Linn due to her being late. I left after 20 minutes past my appointment time and I was her first client. This is the 3rd time she has been late. The last time she was 30 min late. Le's nails does the best they can to keep up with the growth and high demand of their amazing services. They are all very professional, patient and kind! In my experience they have always paid great attention to detail and want to ensure that the customer is happy. I have now built several personal friendships at this salon and am thankful for the wonderful work they do! Absolutely horrible service. I had made an appointment for my mother, grandmother and I for manicure and Pedicure and we were seen 1 hour after our appointment time. Not only that they completely rushed our service $36 signature pedicure that is meant to come with a hot stone massage, and exfoliating scrub a tiger balm and moisturizing gel. We received none of that but a 30second stone massage. My mother's nail artist was incredibly rude and aggressive. She left a hug glob of polish on my mothers toe nail and my mother tried to explain and the artist pushed my mothers hand and told her not to touch while my mom was trying to explain the problem. We left without the manicures. I do not recommend. If you want a mediocre salon with rude employees and high prices this is the spot for you. read more

Checked out the new nail salon down the street from our house for a pedicure I and think I'm may have found my new go to place. I have jelly legs I'm so relaxed. They offer several levels of both manicures and pedicures along with other nail services. The staff was very friendly and did excellent work will be back for sure. read more

Wanted to try a place closer to home. Mistake. The techs are so busy speaking Non-English, thinking no customers can understand them, their English is barely actually English. I understood a good bit of what they were saying and it included speeding up the job to get to more people, thus more money. My fill was left with several sharp edges that I had to repair myself after snagging my top in 6 places before I could get home. My sister got 4 layers of gel, making it next to impossible for it to not be soft even 3 hours later. Every customer they talked to had to ask them to repeat themselves as, as stated, their English is poor. I attempted to have a conversation with her and she answered me curtly and then went on with the other tech. Every time I come here there's confusion. Im not sure if I will be coming back. The owner does a good job. He is calm and talks quietly but the staff...ugh. Polish didn't match the swatch. I pointed it out and the lady was irritated with me. They tried to make it sound like it did when I showed them my nail against the sample. When they asked me what color I wanted I said the number and thought maybe it would look more like it with another coat but it didn't. I just pointed out it was mislabeled. Then when I went to get my pedicure she just started with painting. I thought...ok a different process. She said all done and I asked what happened to the water and callus remover. She said just a polish change. I said noooo, that was for my daughter. Not for me. I never said anything about me. She said well why didn't you say something in the beginning. I said because this isn't what I do, I don't know her process....then she got frustrated, sanded all the polish off, cut me with the sander, which made me tear up then the owner came by and said how about you come back tomorrow because now your upset. I told him if I leave without my nails being done...with my nails looking half done...that I'll be upset. I got crap manicure with no massage and just some lotion slapped on and a messed up pedicure situation. My daughter got a nail change. I'm a hard working mom that gets her nails done like every 2 months because of how freaking expensive it is now and this is what I got. This is supposed to be a treat. The owner didn't charge me for the pedicure because of what happened but it was all still $85...for what? I'm not sure I was even charged correctly. I just wanted to leave at that point. The owner did what he could but by the time he was there I was already pretty annoyed. I tried to be patient but this is now like the 3rd time there's been something. Excellent Color Selection in Gel! I called in early, got an appointment same day, I even showed up like 30 minutes early ( not intentionally ) and they still took care of me! This is by far the best Salon I've been too in the valley. They have a sweet staff, beautiful salon. This is also the only salon that I've been able to find that does a wide selection of designs!! Went for a polish change today. I don't know the name of who helped me but she did not do a good job. She drilled the old polish down so far onto my natural nail that it hurt. She knicked me with her drill, enough that my toes hurt for hours after. Her paint job was awful. I complained about it and the young guy that was managing things just laughed at me. Did not offer to fix it even after I showed him. Not to mention they want $26 to do a 10 minute polish change. No cutting, filing or anything else. Will not be going back here. read more

DONT GO HERE!! I was referred to buy a friend as her nails looked amazing, I made an apt and decided to get my nails done. They were incredible, I had such a nice nail technician(I might add this was in the beginning of January of 2022) Then I got covid etc and didn't get my nails done for almost 4 months. I decided to make an apt and go back, well... I made an apt for noon on a Sunday which is when they opened and they didn't get to my nails until almost 12:30pm, why make an apt if you can't be on time? let alone, they didn't even apologize. This nail technician which was named Tia, and she was the rudest nail technician I've ever experienced and I've been getting my nails done on an off for over a decade. I asked if she could file them shorter(I got acrylics) she told me no, she said this is as short as I will go. Which I was shocked as these my are my hands, why can't I go shorter I thought? As they were still too long for my taste. She continued and I showed her a photo of the shape I wanted, it's a mixture between almond and oval shape. She gave me stiletto. Then I asked if she could file them to make them thin as I liked the natural look. She turns to me and says I am not done yet! ... then she gets fussy and she goes anything else?! I was really disappointed with how rude she was especially when I am a paying customer and half of the employees have quit and have opened their own salon and that's because of Tia. Towards the end she got up and stormed off and I later found out her husband was the one to finish my nails and then when she collected herself she came back as she was talking crap about me the entire time to her husband while sitting in front of me. Then she sits down and says next time when you book you can book with Justin. I couldn't believe how rude she was and charged me $61 dollars for a full set and demanded a tip. Just moved to town from out of state. This is the first place I tried. I thought it was a little bit pricey for Idaho. Thought it would be OK until after one week my acrylics were lifting and my gel paint was peeling off. Total disappointment. I noticed when she was doing my nails that my real nail wasn't even glued to the acrylic and I kept pointing it out.
