Today, he looked at my teeth and didn't even bother talking to me and just walked away. When I asked the front desk lady about it, she just relayed what he said and he didn't bother coming out of his office to talk to me. I've been coming here for about 2 years, and I haven't had any good experience with Dr. Ratner. His employees are fantastic, but I'd rather find a doctor who cares. I feel sorry for his employees, because they all seem really nice and good at what they're doing. This place would be a 5 star if it wasn't for the doctor himself.

I need to make sure you hear me when I say she's honest, She won't be shady about your dental exam, revealing something wild like 11 cavities. Yes, true story, this actually happened to me. However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I am a nurse and a soon-to-be dietitian, so I'm very selective about the healthcare providers I see. And I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Chang!
