It really feels like they have something to hide here. Please please, get a copy of your medical record from this office to cover yourself. Unfortunately I have to take so much time out of my day as a full time worker and mom of 2 to talk to legal reps, file a complaint and ultimately delay my VA disability claim. IF YOU ARE A VETERAN OR ACTIVE DUTY, DO NOT GO HERE!! You will never get ahold of your records for the VA.

I've been coming here for about 2 years, and I haven't had any good experience with Dr. Ratner. His employees are fantastic, but I'd rather find a doctor who cares. One dentist redid a bonding but it looked so terrible I to go elsewhere to get it redone. The office management kept spamming me to make an appointment but then the only availability five months out. They also recently started pushing more unnecessary services, which is expected but still irritating. I will give them credit for not lying about having cavities, which has happened at other dental practices. It is hard to find a good dentist in this area and until a year ago I loved my experiences with this practice. But sadly this is no longer the case and I can't recommend this dental practice.

The waiting area is modern and comfortable with light pop music playing. There's coffee and water available which is probably more for parents bringing their kid patients here. Speaking of waiting- I've never waited more than 5 minutes. Appointments run on time and I appreciate that. All the staff is super helpful and friendly. I appreciate they take the time to ensure I am comfortable and i always learn something new about teeth whenever I visit from the kind dental assistants. Dr. Lu is quick and efficient as well. He's a soft talker so sometimes I miss hearing his requests to open or shut or whatever. Additionally I would really prefer if he sat me up in the chair before giving me the lowdown on how things are going. The receptionists are great at finding appointments that fit with my schedule. They send an immediate email with the appointment information. And a couple days before I receive a text message reminder too. Overall I am pleased with the care I am receiving. My teeth are looking better than ever and I appreciate this clean and efficient orthodontic practice.
