I told them that they just made me waste 3 hours of my afternoon sitting in the lobby because they got the wrong size of tires, and all they said was sorry, after they told me that i then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to put the tires back on my car so I could leave. They wasted almost 4 hours my time and didn't even try to do anything to make up for it, i wouldn't recommend going there and I will not be going back.

My vehicle was quickly diagnosed with bad wheel bearings and CV joints. To make matters worse, I had a concert in Oregon the next night, 15 hours away. They assured me they would work as hard as they could to get it done. My fiddle player rented a vehicle at the Bozeman Airport so we could get to the show. Kolar Tire & Auto give my fiddle player, security guard and I a ride to the airport. Once we picked up the rental car we stopped for food because we had been on the road for 15 hours coming from other shows. WHILE WE WERE EATING, I received a phone call from Greg saying my vehicle was finished. In an hour and a half! Mind blown. I had a flat tire and I was looking into snow tires and so after arriving and buying snow tires, Discount told me that my tire was not repairable, that the hole was nearly an inch wide! I couldn't really believe that so on my way home I went to stop by Montana tire to see if it was actually true. The first thing I figured out was that they kept my bad tire. So after speaking with the guys in Montana tire and discovering that they were patriots that loved our country, Connor told me to go get the other tire so they can inspect it. So I drove back to discount tire, got my old tire and brought it back. They took one look at it and Connor said "that's a baby hole", and he fixed it right on the spot for me. So I don't know whether those big corporate shops just want to make extra money or whether they have some type of regulations that don't allow them to fix holes over a certain size, but one things for sure, it wasn't nearly an inch long and it was totally repairable. Since I have an all wheel drive that saved me from buying FOUR new tires next spring after my snow tires come off. I search for Mobile RV repairs and Clawson was at the top of the list. He answered his phone and promised to be there in two hours. He arrived 10 minutes early. He put my unit on the computer and it read that nothing was wrong. He crawled under my coach and immediately found the problem. My turbo hose had disconnected. He repaired it within 15 minutes and we were on our way. His superior service is exceeded only by his expertise. We will use him again.
