I went…read morein and got a quote and gave them my keys, I then proceeded to wait 3 hours in the shop before an employee came and told me that they got the wrong size for my tires and the only other set that I could get that day was $500 more. I told them that they just made me waste 3 hours of my afternoon sitting in the lobby because they got the wrong size of tires, and all they said was sorry, after they told me that i then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to put the tires back on my car so I could leave. They wasted almost 4 hours my time and didn't even try to do anything to make up for it, i wouldn't recommend going there and I will not be going back.

I have been waiting over 2 years for Kolar tire West to make things right. had a oil change done…read moreand the tech found I had 2 low tires, told them to go ahead and patch them. when I left the shop that afternoon my left front tire and wheel detached from my vehicle destroying my left front hub brake rotor and wheel also bent a lower control arm, gave non repairable damage to the fender. the other tire and wheel on the left rear was loose and destroyed the wheel lug holes. Wow what an amazing place this is! My good friend told me to come to Montana Tire but I didn't…read morelisten and went to discount tire instead. I had a flat tire and I was looking into snow tires and so after arriving and buying snow tires, Discount told me that my tire was not repairable, that the hole was nearly an inch wide! I couldn't really believe that so on my way home I went to stop by Montana tire to see if it was actually true. The first thing I figured out was that they kept my bad tire. So after speaking with the guys in Montana tire and discovering that they were patriots that loved our country, Connor told me to go get the other tire so they can inspect it. So I drove back to discount tire, got my old tire and brought it back. They took one look at it and Connor said "that's a baby hole", and he fixed it right on the spot for me. So I don't know whether those big corporate shops just want to make extra money or whether they have some type of regulations that don't allow them to fix holes over a certain size, but one things for sure, it wasn't nearly an inch long and it was totally repairable. Since I have an all wheel drive that saved me from buying FOUR new tires next spring after my snow tires come off.
