I have been a Les Schwab customer since I returned to Washington in 1985. Where ever I've gone and needed tire service, the Les Schwab in that place has offered great service - over and above any competitor. The Elma store is no exception to that high opinion. My car showed a "low tire pressure" light whilst en route to Montesano. I did a Yelp search for a LS and found one in Elma. There is a "free air" station on the back side of the shop. Stop at any gas station and they charge 2 dollars for air. (what???). The young man checked my pressures on all 4 tires and brought them up to spec. When I mentioned the tire warning ight was still on, the technician described why they came on the first place and how to re-calibrate the pressure system. It was pretty obscure information honestly. 99% of drivers would not know it and pay a dealer $$$ to fix the lights on for them. He saved me 2 bucks at a gas station for air and a costly trip to the dealer. All for "free air". Good service, Good quality. Good value. Like all Les Schwabs I've ever dealt with. read more

My family and I were driving through on a road trip when we noticed we had low tire pressure, we pulled into the location and within five minutes they took our car back patched the tire removed the nail and we were on our way in 15 minutes. There was no charge to the service, and everyone was so friendly! read more

Hello, I wrote out the detailed information for you a month or two ago. Nothing is being done about my ruined property, and the workers will continue to treat other peoples belongings like trash. Les Schwab is terrible and they don't help clients that have their car parts ruined, and treated by trash by their workers. Go somewhere else. read more

Recently, I was in Elma helping my father move. We knew no one in the area, and needed a couple of witnesses for a legal document. The closest business to the notary was Les Schwab, so I stopped in and asked the manager if I could "borrow" a couple of employees for about 10 minutes as witnesses. Very kindly, 2 gentlemen followed us back to the notary and helped us out in a pinch. It was beyond what most would expect for customer service, and while we have not had the opportunity to use their services, they most definitely will have our business and our recommendations when the time arrives. We brought our car in to put the summer tires on and take the snow tires off. They quoted us $212.00 (which we thought was high). Two hours later they had not touched the car (even though there was no one else in the waiting room). We finally left and took our car to the Shelton location and the changed the tires in an hour and charged us $87.00. BIG DIFFERENCE! read more

I can't give them no stars or I would. I've been sitting here for two and a half hours Afer being told over the phone that they had my tires in stock I was just notified fifteen minutes ago thay they don't. It will be a minimum of fortyfive minutes to get them, meaning I won't be making that important appointment in an hour. And when I mentioned that they suggested that I could drive there and back (almost a hundred miles) on the donut and they could change it when I got back. Who in their right mind thinks driving that distance on a donut is a good idea? This location has previously tried to ptice gouge me for brakes, I was hoping it was an isolated incident. Recently took my car in for new tires. Also requested to verify if an alignment was needed. Was charged for an alignment and sensors. Received car back. Next day vibrations started. Returned car to Les Schwab. Schwab's informed me the studs were damaged on my wheels due to my installation of incorrect lugs. This same Les Schwab is the store that installed these wheels and lugs. Then they admitted they never did an alignment but charged my account 110$. I was also charged $30 in sensor rebuild kits I didn't request or need. 2 days to order parts and fix the damaged that was caused by this store. At this point I had the new tires purchased and reinstalled my old tires. I will be purchasing new tires at Costco for half the cost I was charged my Les Schwab. If you choose this location I'd save your tires to make sure all is well when you drive off and be mindful of hidden charges. Been going to this location for decades. Very disappointed. read more

Went there to get my 90 f250 aligned, they did a good job even verified they had the correct bushings on the shelf before setting up an appointment. This was key because several other shops including ford dealer said they could do the alignment but did not have the bushings(of course this was after I'd driven it down there). The tech, tyler, was well informed and professional. I should make this a 4 star review because the prices for installing customer provided new tires varied by large amounts from store to store(all les schwabs), but I feel this is a bigger brand issue, not necessarily the individual store. That being said shop around for install prices. The alignment price was the same at all the stores. read more

Friendly service. They fixed my flat for a reasonable price. However they put my tire cover on my spare tire upside down. It wasn't a huge deal but my arm was in a cast and I had to have someone else to fix it for me. Hope they paid more attention when installing my tire. read more

People who work at this place are always friendly and willing to help. Prices are normal for a Les Schwab center and vary depending on the city. Have purchased tires, have had breaks, ball joints, bearings, other items replaced and have had tires rotated. Place is always clean, they always have coffee for you, have a couple different newspapers and magazines to read while your are waiting and always have the TV on for entertainment. Would be nice, when you take your vehicle in to have all the suspension, brakes and running gear checked, to have them really check over everything. I was told I needed one ball joint replaced but the other one was in great shape and everything else was in really good shape, so I had them replace it. 2 months later the other ball joint need to be replaced. 1 month after that I started hearing the awful noise coming from the front end when I exceeded 30 mph, come to find out the bearings needed to be replaced. Less than a month after that I started hearing squealing when I would come to a stop, needed to have the breaks replaced. If they had really checked it and everything was in really good shape, as they said it was, why would these items go out within months of having it checked. Seems to me if they had done a proper inspection, as I paid them to do, they would have seen these items were worn and should have been replaced or informed me that they would need to be replaced within 6 months. What made it worse was they told me I had to have an alignment done after each item was replaced. The 3rd time I took it in, I brought the inspection report they gave me and complained that if the inspection had been done then why would all these items need to be replaced within 3-4 months. They told me the person that had done the inspection no longer worked there but they would not charge me for the alignment. They apologized several times for the issue. read more
