Their prices are consistent with the online sales prices of higher volume dealerships, give or take a couple hundred bucks (even if they have to get the exact vehicle you want from another dealer), and they don't gouge. Most dealerships are great to customers when they're buying a car, but the true test is in their service department and whether they stand behind a vehicle's warranty. Thankfully, the folks in the service department have always been Johnny On The Spot and have never quibbled about repairs under warranty or outside of it. They're fast, good and provide a shuttle driver to get you home and back to the dealership, even if you live somewhere out in between No and Where. The one downside that removed one star from their rating is the fact that they push Boeing Employee Credit Union (BECU) financing. I had outside financing through one of the big online agencies and was fine with that, but the finance manager at Harbor Dodge persuaded me to go with BECU because they were local. Ginormous mistake I won't ever make again, BECU is a freaking nightmare! Seriously, guys, there has got to be a better financing partner for you than BECU!

A mixed review for me. Good: Everyone was nice…read more Not so Good: 1. It took 3 months for me to finally call them to see how my string trimmer service was coming along. They didn't know and eventually called me back to tell me it was ready. 2. It took so long to return; the string-trimming season was over. So I brought it home and put it in my garage. I pulled it out and tried to start it this spring, and it only ran off the choke. 3. The primer pump wasn't getting any gas when the unit was level (it would when I tipped it up). I took it apart and found the fuel line was kinked and had a hole in it. I replaced it. 4. Primer was pumping air into the tank? I eventually figured out Harbor reversed the primer flow lines, and after replacing the line (it seems like they should have done this), I reversed the incorrectly installed fuel lines. 5. I replaced the spark plug, another thing Harbor should have done when it was serviced. I won't be using Harbor again.

Told the car won't be ready "till the end of the day, the part just came in.". The car has been there for 8 days already, I was lied to 3 times (BS'ed) spoke down to as if I was annoying. The repair costs will exceed $3000.00 and am iforced to endure waiting longer than 24 hours to ACTUALLY pick up the car after being told to come pick up the car!

I told him I didn't steal anything again he told me "he knows I stole something" . Only after accusing me and being rude to me he decides to check the item that I "BOUGHT" and what do you know it sets the alarm off. Then he tries laughing it off. Not even I am sorry. I get that this is Aberdeen and a lot of people steal from stores. Which I have worked retail in Aberdeen so I know first hand. But for you to tell me that you knew I stole something" when in fact I had NOT taken anything what-so-ever. I wouldn't want someone like that working for my company. There is procedures for a reason.
