This is the best experience I have had at a mechanic. I being a single woman, don't know much when it comes to cars and have horrors stories for sure but I would recommend every woman go here. I pulled in with a donut on my car and by the time my car was off a mechanic, Edgar, was almost at my door and treated me with immediate respect and full transparency. This continued throughout the purchasing of the tires as he fully explained everything to me and my dad who I called just to make sure everything was correct (who has worked for a tire company for a few decades) if I could give 10 stars I would, I will forever more be going to this shop. I initially came in for a rear brake service, and picked up my car to find out the wrong job was done. I was charged full price for the incorrect set of brakes and then paid additionally to get the original set done at a dissatisfying "discounted" price. Ryan took no accountability and continuously tried to avoid any responsibility for the very inconvenient mistake I'm now paying for. He in particular showed no integrity to customer service and values the company as a whole is meant to demonstrate. His demeanor, facial gestures, and attitude toward fixing the issue was a clear example. Nick took hold of the situation, reiterated the values of the company and his team as a whole, and gave his word he'd make it right. Most of my frustration came from a combination of continuous mistakes from Les Schwab which ultimately have a costly solution, along with the sense of lacking communication amongst the team. Especially when these issues could've been avoided if the information I offered prior when making the appointment, and during drop-off, were properly listened to by multiple staff up front, in the back, and presumably in the system noted all within the same work week. Even after another hiccup with a broken part by the staff, I was reassured everything was taken care of at the end of the day. One week later I have my regular mechanic take a look and the rotors were resurfaced improperly, hardware on the calipers were loose, and my doubts and distrust were proven. Unfortunately, overall a possibility of inexperience, unreliability, untrustworthy, dishonesty within the staff is apparent here. Nick and his team failed to prove the ideologies Les Schwab markets for their company. I need someone to contact me to ensure my visit on Monday 9/23/24 to resolve this issue is done appropriately. I have all documentation provided. Because of this an expense of new rotors entirely may be the only safe solution at this point. I refuse to pay additionally to have them fix the multiple mistakes made by their team. Please have someone reach out to me to have this issue resolved. read more

Got my brakes done here. Did a great job. I did panic when I got home and saw something leaking, but they let me know it was excess brake fluid. Could tell by the coloring it might be, but wanted to be sure. Would have been nice to know before hand but it's great they did that. It was almost $600 to get my brakes fixed so pricier than I'd assume other places, but les schwab has always been great! read more

Absolutely the greatest business. We have been taking our cars here since I was a child (around 30 years!) and the service is always excellent. You just know they care for you by the interactions. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, when they explain certain things, they use terminology that is easy to follow. The basic fact they do free safety checks is incredible. Plus they always have free popcorn and drinks! Win win! read more

The Lynnwood store didn't have the battery I needed. They directed me to their north city store, assuring me they had my battery. They also said Mukilteo had the battery. I drove to north city - they did not have my battery. Neither did Mukilteo. Called Everett and they had it. At their suggestion, I made an appointment for the next day. I showed up a few minutes early and sat and waited. And waited. An hour later my car was still in the lot. Finally, they pulled my car in and poppped the hood. Half an hour later and they still haven't started on replacing my battery? It just sitting in the bay with the hood up. I've been here over an hour and a half!! This has been a major inconvenience. What is the point of having an appointment? I have had to cancel my other plans for the day. My kids are waiting for me at home. I will never recommend this shit show to anyone again. I have been a loyal customer for over 20 years. This is the last dollar they will see of mine. read more

Highly recommend this Les Schwab. Zach and I believe his name was Joe have helped me on several different occasions at the last minute of their day. They are very friendly and easy to talk to they also understood my weird sense of humor and went right along with it. Also a little word of advice if something does happen to your vehicle and you have to pay don't take it out on them they are human it is not their fault. They did not remove slow leaking tire to examine before making this diagnosis. From the moment I arrived on their lot all language was negative toward my old car, my driving responsibility, my dire unalterable situation despite nothing more than a visual glance at tire. Felt swift and awkward. I decided to get a second opinion. Guy at Les Schwab said he'd need to remove and look at it before he could say. They did not try to sell me any services that I didn't need and gave me a fair quote for the work that they found needed to be done via the free inspection. I didn't have to wait long. Changed 3 tires and got an alignment with no appointment in 1.5ish hours. I sat outside while they did the work and witnessed the entire crew hustle around with a strong sense of urgency. Tire pressure light came on a couple of days ago. Took it to this shop at 7:45 on my way to work; 15 minutes before they open. Mechanic waves me straight into a bay. He checks all tires, tops them off, and tells me to come back if the light pops back on. It does. Took it back in a day later around noon. Get a call an hour later to let me know it's ready. I come back after work. "Camry right?" "Yep." "Screw in the front left tire. You're all set." "How much?" "Let's say your next set of tires and we call it quits." "Deal." I've been going to numerous tire shops lately, as I've had some terrible tires on my cars and horrible alignment on my daily driver. I came into here to find out about an alignment and was told that the camber could all be adjusted out with control arms, but no other shop agrees that this can be done. Secondly, I needed a tire for a blown-out tire I'd had on the way to work (I work up in Everett). A salesman came out to check it out and the blown-out tire was in my trunk. The salesman said that it was good that I'd removed it, as the tread was too bad on the other rear tire so they couldn't change the tire on the vehicle. I left the wheel to pick up after work. When I returned after work to pick up my tire, the salesman that helped me offered to have it installed on my car. I told him I wasn't 100% sure of the details, but that the prior salesman said they couldn't install it. No biggie, I said, as I would just carry it out and change the tire outside. The salesman asked me where and I said outside where my car was. This was strictly forbidden, I was told, so I unhappily took the tire and left. I just went to the next parking lot and changed it. I figured that seems like a tough policy and they probably wouldn't stop someone with a flat tire from changing it there, but didn't want to argue it and I'll soon not work next to this location, so it didn't seem worth it. There are many other great and friendly Les Schwab centers. read more

If I could give them a Zero I would. I brought my car in to change my brake pads and they worked on my rotors (otherwise my car was running just fine). Once I got my car back I could no longer turn my steering wheel. When I went back in they said it was already stiff when I took it and they asked if I was accusing them of tampering with my car. I just mentioned that my car was working fine except for my brake pads needing to be changed and now I could not even turn to back out of the lot. They said it was already like this when they drove it into lift yet no one told me I had this problem till after I tried to drive off and had to came back in to complain. Had my car actually turn and I was able to drive off I probably would have ended crashing later. They made me feel like a liar and brought over another employee to tell me I was wrong and this wasn't their problem. I had my dad and our mechanic friend take a look, the power steering fluid was contaminated. When refilling and turning the wheel the steering rack popped, it seemed to already be broken with just the rubber boot holding it together and that's why the power steering was bubbling when I asked Les Schwab to look at it after I complained. They said it must have been leaking from cap for a while even though I've never had a problem with my power steering till after they serviced my car. Even if it truly coincidently broke on the drive from parking spot to lift they were just going to let me drive off like this without care even after servicing my car for 2 hours. I suggest you take your business elsewhere where they aren't just trying to rush your car out the door. read more

I was the first person there at 8am for a tire rotation, took them an hour and 10 minutes to get it done. The guy behind the desk told me that my struts were leaking and needed to be replaced. How could the desk guy know this he was behind the desk the whole time. Another customer that was there for a tire rotation after me was upsold the 'leaky struts' also by the guy that sat behind the counter the whole time. Beware of this place. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! My tire pressure light was coming on even after filling all my tires and I was worried I'd have to get new tires which I really can't afford right now. I went in and was IMMEDIATELY greeted at the front door. They took my info and told me the wait time right away which was really nice. I noticed a fridge stocked up with bottled drinks so I grabbed a drink for my wait and when I tried to take it to the front desk to pay they told me they're all free!! So nice! When they came back in to give me my keys after working on my car they let me know there was a nail in my back left tire and that they were able to just patch it up for free. Nice people but completely incompetent. Went to change my tires and a bolt snapped. No big deal, my car is old. Was told I'd only have to pay for the part and not the labor because it happened on their time. They didn't have the part to fix it so they told me they would order it so I made an appointment for the following week to get it fixed. They did not order the part or even make a note of breaking the bolt. Had to make another appointment for a week later. Still didn't order the part and it took them over an hour and a half to tell me that they didn't have it. Completely wasted my time. Made an appointment for the next day. They have the part now but are now telling me that it was already broken before They started on my tires two weeks prior so now I have to pay for the part AND the labor. Said it was a miscommunication on their part but that's not my problem. Oh and they STILL DIDNT GET IT DONE. Now it's taking them an hour to get the tire back on and give me the keys to so can leave. At this point, it feels like they're being slow on purpose. I'm only giving 1 star cause 0 isn't an option. Long story short, don't waste your time with people who don't know what their doing and take your car somewhere else. read more

Had our truck towed to this Les Schwab on Evergreen in Everett, by a tow truck company called Seattle towing. They had referred us over to them saying great things about them. Once the trucked arrived to Les Schwab this older man that worked there was quick to inspect the vehicle. We had told him that we had an agreement with Seattle Towing that they were going to pay for the repairs due to an incident that occurred while the vehicle was being towed by them. The employee from Les Schwab then started to tell us that we shouldn't have the tow truck company pay for the damages that we should pay for the damages ourselves. For ONE, no one asked him for his opinion, he was just to do the inspection and give us a quote. You could obviously tell that the employee at Les Schwab was more than likely friends with the owner of tow company because of what he was telling my husband and I and trying to make us feel like the damages were our fault. So, after the inspection he didn't even give us an estimate he told us that we should take responsibility for the damages only. I told him I was going to talk to the Seattle towing to let them know if I was going to go through them or through another place and that my husband or I would get back to Les schwab to let them know if we were going to set up a date for the repairs. My husband and I left and within 5 mins I called the shop and asked them to speak to the man that was helping us. I was told by the employee that answered that the man that was helping us was on the phone talking to the tow truck company about OUR truck without our authorization. Never did I or my husband tell anyone at Les Schwab Tire Center that they were allowed to call anyone or talk to anyone about our truck. I feel that they abused our right to confidentiality giving our information to a 3rd party. Employee was friends with 3rd party, towing company, that damaged the rear end of the vehicle and gave all our information to them. Not professional at all.. read more

My brakes literally blew up! From the flashing lights, alarms, and oh so scary moments, I limped into Les Schwab. I arrived early--a few minutes before opening. As I was sitting in my jeep, Brian, the manager, came out. He suggested I come in and have coffee until they were ready for me. He assured me that the team would get right on it. Long story short, Chad, my technician worked for over three hours. He said although it was rare, they had seen this before. Because they knew it would be a long time, they gave me a ride home and came to get me when my car was ready. I had made a different location my store for many years. Yet, I stumbled onto this location quite by accident a few months ago. When I walked it, I just knew. There was something about the "vibe" (if you will). It was easy, comfortable, and reassuring--just like the people I encountered. Yeah it was a few hundred dollars, but the team and the experience was priceless. It is fast and friendly and they give you free tire air and free quotes. The finance that is available is a nice option when your in a pinch. Just be aware of the interest it accrues each month. Pay sooner than later. Also your finance that you set up with the store is only for that store. You have to have a separate account with each tire store.
