Recently, I went out to go to town and I had a low tire so I aired it up. Went to Les Schwab showed the guy the tire and there was some. It looked almost like a paperclip but it had punctured the tire. It was still in the hole, it was not near the sidewall right in the middle of the tread, they put on four new tires. I asked him why they couldn't fix that. He said it's just too much damage of the inside OK I'm not 12 I've been around the block a few times put a bigger patch on it. They charge bill over $1000 the tires were on the car they had maybe 10,000 miles on them they were like new, bye-bye Les Schwab read more

I'll start with the good.- they were quick to help me and my truck came out amazing. The bad- they marked up the tires I got by over 170$ man I got plaid like a fool . I'm blown away that they'd cheat customers so bad. read more

Can't say enough good things about this business. I drive from a warm climate to very cold Idaho. My tire pressures were low. An employee, Adrian, tested the pressure and correctly inflated the tires to the desired pressure. NO CHARGE! Adrian would not even accept a tip. Highly recommend this business! read more

Really bad place if you have a semi and have tire issues or want rotate them they won't do it cause supposedly for safety which I don't believe it they wanted me buy 4 new tires over 2000 dollars so they didn't help me out so I just left went somewhere else and got my problem fix so don't go there cause they will try you to buy everything new and won't help very disappointed. It was open that's not what tire employee he said he wasn't going do it cause of safety but I think you guys just want make people spend money even if we don't need it I went somewhere else at loves travel Stores and they did it no problem didn't tell me the story you're employee told me I went here on on Thursday the2nd 2020 so if you own a semi don't come here unless you want spend big money go to loves or ta truck stops instead . read more

If I could give no stars I would, they don't deserve even half a star. The manager Jake is arguably one of the rudest people I've had to deal with in customer service. I went in there looking for an alignment and the first thing he did was try and discredit the mechanic (whom is ASE certified I mind you) that helped me swap struts. After that I picked up my car and he persisted to tell me he couldn't fix my alignment because of the work done by my mechanic. There are 4 bolts to my struts to remove and install. I know teenagers who could accomplish that feat. But no worries I was able to take my car all the way to Twin to Jacks Tire where they fixed my problem in less than half an hour. Kudos to them. I would drive miles on a flat tire rather than have an experience like that again. What's hilarious is you've just grown accustomed to the Jerome branch being a bunch of unprofessional morons. Mr. Clean there needs to be fired I'd bet you get more business. read more

I called into the Jerome location today 12/3/18, and received the most rude customer service. I asked for a price quote on tires without the installment fee. Since I was having someone else do it for free I needed the price of the tires alone and the lady, named Sherry, asked why? Are they balancing them for free too? And rotating? I said yes, can I get the price please? She then gave it to me and after I said thank you she hung up on me! By far the most ridiculous and unprofessional service I've experienced! read more

Very poor customer service. Waited from 730 am till 8 for them to open after they said they couldn't help till 8, then had them come out and help several people before 8. Also proceeded to skip me twice after that, costing me money from my own pocket while my truck sits idle. Will never do business here again. read more

Went into get Winter Snow Tires on 11/18/16 using my Fleet information. Gentlemen took my keys, and fleet details went and looked at vehicle. On his way in one of his friends showed up and I got pushed to the side. Additional customers came in after me and rather then letting someone else take over he kept telling his co-workers he was "helping" me. After waiting 10 minutes watching him discuss his buddies tires and alignment that needed done, I had enough and retrieved my keys and left. I have reported this issue to Element Fleet management and the EXTREMELY POOR customer service exhibited by this individual. I was headed to Boise on June 26th, 2013 at 8 am when the low air pressure came on my panel for one of my tires. So I stopped into the Jerome Les Schwab to get it fixed. I told Paul my problem and that I had Donlen leasing company, which they are a participating business, he preceded to tell me that Donlen was more trouble than it was worth and he had to make a phone call and it took time and on and on. I said ok I will go some place else. He followed me out to my car blocking me from getting into my car and saying you didn t let me finish, I will do it for free. I told him I heard him loud and clear the first time. What he failed to realize is that everything I have done on my company car has to go through Donlen in case there is further trouble that might happen later on, he should have known that. I can't have the work done for free it has to be paid for by Donlen and documented. I called back later and ask for the manager and the woman that answered said his name was Tony and that he would call me back. Well I waited until 5 pm and still no call from Tony so I called back and she told me that she had given my number to Tony. I decided to call their corporate office in OR and found out Tony had been transferred to WA and was in transit there. So she lied to me, he wasn t even there which made me believe he also had poor customer service for not calling me back. The gentleman at customer service in OR did apoligize and that is all I was asking for in the first place. He said he would talk to Paul and it has been over two weeks now and no apology from Paul. Oh and by the way we did take our car to Ron's American Car Center in Jerome, they were very nice and had no problem using Donlen. Thank you Ron's American Car Care for your excellent customer service and shame on you Paul at Les Schwab Tire Center for your poor customer service.
