A lady named Shawn was working at a computer with a customer when I walked in. When she finished, I rolled up in my electric scooter (necessary because of a disability). She continued to stare at her screen for a minute, then quickly walked away- never looking at me, never greeting me, never saying a word-and never smiling. A few seconds later, a gentleman (Joe) behind a row of computers asked if I had been helped. I responded "no". He quickly approached and asked how he could help me. The rest of my visit and service went well. But the rudeness of Shawn kinda overshadowed it all. She's been working there for about 100 years. Maybe it's time to retire? read more

Drove up, a worker immediately came out and asked what I needed. Super quick check in about my tire that I suspected had a leak. They didn't find anything at first but I questioned them and they ran a bubble test. Ended up finding nails in two of my tires. Amazing service, polite workers, and pretty quick. Best Les Schwab experience has been at this location! I've been a les Schwab customer for years, but just moved to JC and took my car in twice now. I recently came in and Joe immediately greeted me outside and helped me get new tires and set up an appointment for an alignment. I appreciated his knowledge, kindness and patience. Wendy, I think is her name, helped me this winter, she's at the front desk and took the time to help me pick the right size tire chains and was one of the nicest people I have ever met. They were all kind and helpful. I needed a jump and they were here straight away and helped me get my car started. I drove to Les Scwab and they replaced my battery and it cost me nothing! My wife's SUV needed a tire , they ended up selling her 2 tires and a wheel alignment ( and a tie rod ) to do the alignment , ( the other tire store never said her car needed a wheel alignment ) She was told to ask for a certain person there he pretty much just blew her off and never spoke to her again ( never going to spend our hard earned money there again ! and after reading the other reviews no way will we go back to the Junction City Les Schwab !! read more

I can not say enough great things about this place!!!! I'm on a cross country trip from CA to the East coast and we had an unfortunate incident of a giant screw puncturing our tire. Sad. We looked up the closest tire repair shop and went to bed resolving to get there before they opened to be the first in line. We pulled up about 7:15, and some of the workers were there and offered to take us right in. They started chatting with us about our trip and were sharing suggestions and ideas - even got out the map. They were so helpful and incredibly accommodating and kind with their work- and speedy! We were in and out in 15 minutes and thrilled with their kindness. You don't ever want car trouble on a trip, but if you find yourself with tire trouble around this place, make sure you stop here ! read more

Scheduled and alignment and two tires to be replaced for 830am. After an hour I was told that I would need 4 tires replaced due to the nature of the car, camber, and such. Also explaining it may not need aligned, and the could do a tow adjustment. I clarified by asking, so it may not need an alignment? He responded that he didnt know, and it that on my car they actually do a tow adjustment. He said it is back there, and they are doing it now. I understood, I said that's fine, and I will replace 4 tires. They proceed to bring my car out front, work on the tires, and I go to the counter to pay as they are putting my tires back on. A different male employee tells me they haven't done the alignment yet because HE DIDNT DO MY TIRES FIRST, SO HE HAD TO DO IT AGAIN. They look at me like I'm stupid when they screwed up. No apology. No one cam out and told me while they started my tires that it would be even longer. The website doesn't tell you a time frame of work, nor do the employees when you bring your vehicle in. I'm done doing business here, because they tried to make me feel stupid, expressing the time frames after I am told they screwed up, AND ITS GOING TO TAKE LOBGER THAN THE TIME FRAME THE LADY MENTIONED. I posted a previous review regarding the poor driving habits of one of the Junction City workers driving the Les Schwab pickup & cutting me off in traffic,,, but I forgot to mention my other problems with them. I would like to add that I grew up in Bend in the 1970's, and remember the Les Schwab ads regarding the "Sudden Service", where old Les himself said one of the workers would "run" out to greet you and ask what you needed. Well, I've noticed several occasions at the Junction City Les Schwab where they will still run out if the customer is a woman,, but sometimes I've pulled in, parked, sat there, all the service guys look at me,, like they're trying to decide who gets the short straw and has to run (walk) out to see what I needed,, or that I finally have to just get out of my car & have to walk inside to get waited on. Once I pulled up to the air hose and politely asked if the guy could please just check my air pressure in ONE of my tires which seemed low (it seemed to just need a little air added to it,, he said yes,,, but then he turned around and walked back to the car he was working on & left me sitting there,, 2 minutes,, 3 minutes,, tick tock, tick tock, and after about 5 minutes, I left. I'm sorry if asking one of the guys to simply check the air in my tires caused him to be upset. And to make it worse,, every time I've gone back into the JC store for tires or related needs,, the same guy keeps giving me the "evil eye" look,, as if I did something to upset him or offend him. He seems to have an attitude problem, and if I go in next time and he does it to me again,, I will be glad to confront him about it! Maybe if you had an air hose available where we the customer could pull up and check our own tire pressure, as well as add some air if needed like America's Tire Company has. You DO have some good, dedicated workers,, but,, you also have a rotten apple or two. read more

Passing thru from California and we had a check tire light come on. Stopped at Les Schwab was going to have them check the fire pressure. We hadn't even finished parking and joe (a team member) was already at the car asking what he could help us with. He quickly figure out that we had a tire that was wearing down and was going to need a new one. He figured out the trade in value for my old tires and had 2 tires replaced in less then 20 mins. Always the best service here. Usually will fix a flat or low tire and examine it (remove whatever caused the issue) for free. Doesn't push you for things they don't think you really need. I take my business here (and my folks do as well) because they are honest and reasonable and willing to help, many times on their own dime. I appreciate that and that's why they continue to get my business! read more

Found out on a Saturday that I had a flat tire, then soon discovered all four tires needed to be replaced. The staff were very helpful and understanding and got me right in. They picked up my tires from another store, brought them back, switched them out, and got my car back to me in only a few hours. Can't say enough how quick and painless it was! read more

Was moving from Seattle to Arkansas when I got a flat on the side of the road. The first tire shop I went to said I would need a new tire but didn't have one for me. Went to Les Schwab and they took it off, patched it up and sent me on my way in a matter of minutes! Insisted that although they would love to sell me tires-after careful inspection, I simply didn't need them. That's the kind of reassurance I needed for the rest of my trip! So disappointed in their service. One of their employees, who shall remain unnamed, was a total jerk. We were getting 4 new tires, running on our spare and he acted as if it was the end of the world to get the others tire out of the spare location. I was completely blown away by the service I received at Les Schwab Tires yesterday. I went in to have a flat tire repaired (I hit a nail) and was told that my tire could be repaired but there were bad cracks in the tire so it really wasn't safe. They of course tried to sell me 4 new tires since they are all just as bad, but I explained to them that my husband and I knew we needed new tires and were trying to save enough money to buy them but there was no way I could afford them today. I asked him to please just fix the bad tire and it would have to do for now. So he left and not a minute later another man came out and told me that they were going to "borrow" me a tire instead of fixing mine because it wasn't safe and they didn't want me to have a blow out driving down the highway or something. I was shocked!!! I have heard of caring about your customers, good customer service, or even the occasional freebie to bring customers in and keep them coming back, but come on. I have never heard of any business just "borrowing" their products to their customers. Especially a brand new customer who had never been in one of their stores before. All with the goal of keeping them safe. Granted I'm sure they also figured I'd be back to get more tires from them, but they have no guarantees of that. They didn't even charge me anything to take off my old tire and put on theirs. Well needless to say, I WILL be going back to Les Schwab Tires in Junction City to get my new tires!
