Instead of defaulting to another rebalance, Leo at Industrial Tire took a more thorough and thoughtful approach. They inspected all four tires, performed road force testing, and carefully evaluated what was actually happening. Leo quickly identified the real issue: one of the brand-new tires was defective and out of round. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything. He showed me exactly how the tire was behaving, walked me through the diagnostic screen, and made sure I fully understood what to tell the original seller so I could get it replaced under warranty. He even marked the defective tire so there would be no confusion later. The entire interaction was professional, patient, and respectful. Got smart, Pulled into this Les Schwab Tire Shop-Myrtle Creek, OR. Young guy said my tire has a hole which is too BIG to patch. He said "I had to buy a tire". So I did for a camaro $275.00. An hour later, I am on I-5 heading South, about 5 miles from Myrtle Creek Les Schwab Tire Center and my same tire sensor goes off. Shows low tire pressure. I return to Tire shop, not real happy. The same young guys finds my tire stem is the cause of my air leak on the same front tire. So I got HOSED, taken advantage by selling me a new tire, that I did not need. My tires are about 80% left on Goodyear Eagles. But I trusted the guy. IF wanted to be aggressive, I would have told him to take off his new tire and put my Goodyear back on. But I still had bout 6 to 7 hours of driving and it was noon. It shows that a big chain tire shop is not better than a local tire shop. In FACT from now on it will be only local tire shops that get my business. Too BAD, I have to give a one star.

Total five star service!…read more An older gentleman with a van and a perceived drivability issue came in and the fellow working took the time to test drive it and then explain that the "pulling" he was noticing was in fact, the road and NOT anything wrong with his van. The chain store down the street would have tried him on for size, upselling him some O' Reilly sourced calipers, new rotors and possibly wheels and tires as well- all for complaint of a little pulling. I myself was getting snows installed, not a huge job- but one they got done very quickly and at a great price- something that while meaningful isn't the end all, be all of something as safety sensitive as tires.
