This review is about a month overdue, but still warranted. My wife, son and I were driving down I-5 at 2:00am from Seattle to Sacramento and our truck started having serious front-end issues. We ended up getting towed off the interstate to Les Schwab. Their shop was scheduled to open at 8:00am but their crew came out well before opening, stopped everything they were doing and helped us out. They figured out the problem, ran across town to get the part and had us back on the road in an hour. Special shout-out to Mitch to working his tail off to help us out. Sad. I went to les Schwab last week to have them check two tires that had a slow leak. They said they could not repair or look at the tires because I run a slightly larger tire on the rear. They could however sell me a new set of tires with the same sizes I run now... I spent $1000 somewhere else!! Oh and I have 4 vehicles... big mistake Sutherlin Les Schwab. read more

I thought I popped a tire crossing a railroad track the other day. I called to originally ask for an estimate on a couple used tires. They told me they didn't have any, no problem. Turns out I didn't need to replace my tires, but I still thought I had an issue under there. They were very kind and listened to my story and told me to bring it in. They took my spare off, checked my real tire, checked my front end, etc. did a really thorough job. They were SO KIND and didn't charge me any labor for helping me out. I am so appreciative of their honesty because I couldn't afford new tires right now. Thanks again! So happy! read more

We are on a road trip and just heard a horrible squealing noise from our car. We pulled over and found the brake pad shim had come loose and was grinding into the wheel. We were 13 miles away from this location so we drove in. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. We asked them to remove the brake shim for us. They did it immediately with no hesitation, all for free. Wonderful service. A+ Guys! read more

Well first, let me say that a lot of the actual employees here are very helpful and do a good job. But, with that said, the owner here at Sutherlin has the worst customer service skills I have ever seen. He is horribly rude and known in Douglas County as a real jerk. I do not recommend this Les Schwab at all. Drive a little further north to Cottage Grove like many locals do and get treated much better. read more

My wife hit a piece of steel on I-5 that destroyed a Toyo tire. Schwab gave me credit for the unused tread on a set of new Toyos. Two weeks later I took it in because of a shimmy at 65 mph and they REPLACED 3 of the tires because they were slightly out of true. Now that's service. I'll never buy tires online again. read more

Had to give a "shout out" to these great guys. I was on I-5 a few days ago traveling alone from Northern CA to Bremerton, WA. I had just left Roseburg, OR and my Low Pressure Tire alarm went off. My vehicle is less than 2 years old and has less than 10,000 miles on it and this was my first "problem" I had experienced. I found my way to this Les Schwab in Sutherlin and pulled into their shop without an appointment. Explained my situation and they immediately got my SUV in; checked the tires; checked the air pressure and took care of the problem. Within 15 minutes I was in & out. I was driving back from a roadtrip to CA and got a flat tire about 6 miles from Sutherlin at around their closing time. I was impressed by the fast and quick customer service at Lauren Young, I called him up to ask him whether he can keep his shop open till I reach there and he did so and because of him I was back on road in less than 30 mins and everything was on the house.
