Instead of defaulting to another rebalance, Leo at Industrial Tire took a more thorough and thoughtful approach. They inspected all four tires, performed road force testing, and carefully evaluated what was actually happening. Leo quickly identified the real issue: one of the brand-new tires was defective and out of round. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything. He showed me exactly how the tire was behaving, walked me through the diagnostic screen, and made sure I fully understood what to tell the original seller so I could get it replaced under warranty. He even marked the defective tire so there would be no confusion later. The entire interaction was professional, patient, and respectful. I never felt rushed, and it was obvious they genuinely wanted to solve the problem correctly rather than just perform a quick service.
