On installation day, Javier and his team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and demonstrated professionalism throughout the entire process. I believe there were about six members on the crew, and everyone had such a positive spirit and great attitude. They were respectful of my home and belongings, handled everything with care, and did their very best to put everything back in place when they were finished. Javier's patience was demonstrated yet again when the flooring I originally selected ended up being too dark once we saw it in the space. He had one of the crew members return the flooring and he took a couple of pieces of the existing flooring from my home to help find a better match. He went out, purchased additional flooring, and was able to find an excellent match. That level of effort and attention to making sure I was happy with the finished product really stood out to me.
