It seems that no one wants to stay. Billing is terrible. They don't get pre-authorizations from Delta Dental when asked by me, the patient. No detailed description provided to me of the bill - just lump sum charges. All is all, avoid this firm at all costs. Don't believe the other reviews they have. There are plenty of other dentist in the area that continue their education and learn new techniques that are less painful and last longer. Glen Ellyn Dental did this in the past, but no longer are they leaders - just followers.

The office was aware that I declined ANY type of fluoride treatment at my cleaning. So let's install a slow releasing poison into my bloodstream instead??
